UPTET 2024 Exam Day Guideline - Instructions, Exam Pattern

Candidates appearing for the exam must download the UPTET 2024 admit card, as the guidelines dictate that candidates must carry the admit card with them to the exam centre. The UPTET admit card consists of details such as date of the examination, name of the exam centre, complete address, timings of the exam and much more. The UPTET exam will be conducted in offline mode at various exam centres across the state of Uttar Pradesh.

UPTET 2024 Exam Day Guidelines

Given Below Are the Exam Day Guidelines for UPTET 2024. Candidates attempting the UPTET 2024 exam must take care to abide by the rules and regulations, or else they may run the risk of having their candidature revoked.

  • Applicants appearing for the exam are recommended to reach their exam centres at least one hour before the start of the exam. Given that the transport situation is not the same as before due to COVID, candidates must schedule their transport accordingly.

  • It's a must to carry your UPTET admit card on the day of the test. Students must remember that no applicant will be permitted to enter the examination hall without issuing their admit card. Applicants must also bear clear Photo Identity proof for verification purposes along with the admit card.

  • Applicants must take proper care of the social distance in the Exam Centres. Students are only allowed to enter the exam centre following social distance protocols.

  • You will also be allowed to carry a 50 ml bottle of sanitiser along with the admission card and id proof candidates.

  • Applicants must wear masks and gloves before entering the examination hall. The temperature of the body of the candidates will be checked using thermal guns before entering the UPTET exam centre.

  • If any candidate is found to have COVID-19 symptoms he/she will not be allowed to attempt the exam.

UPTET 2024 Exam Pattern

The exam authorities provide the UPTET exam pattern in the UPTET information brochure. The UPTET 2024 exam will be conducted in offline mode. There are two papers in the UPTET - Paper 1 and Paper 2. In the UPTET 2024, there will be two papers - Paper 1 and Paper 2. Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) will release the UPTET 2024 admit card in online mode. Students must note that the admit card is a mandatory document that every student needs to carry to get entry inside the exam hall. Hi,

Candidates applying for the Super TET 2022 must have graduated and got at least 50% marks in all their studies . Candidates must have obtained a bachelor's degree in primary/ elementary education (B. Ed) or hold a degree in this field.

If you have completed your B. Ed. Degree and  qualified  both Uptet and ctet of paper 2, you are therefore, eligible for super tet examination also.

But to be on a safer side, you can also go for paper 1 as it would increase your chances for a secured government job if the vacancies are up for any programme.

Hope you are doing great! After graduation if you have done deled also from nios board then you are eligible to fill the form of uptet,ctet and also other teaching eligibility exam after qualify such exam then you can fill the form of main teacher vacancies.But if you are doing the deled not complete then you will not eligible for eligibility criteria you have to complete 12 and then any two year diploma course.

Yes if you did the DElEd course for 2 years in any board or in open school board i.e. NIOS you are eligible for UPTET.

The basic eligibility criteria for UPTET is,

You should clear graduation in any discipline from a University Grants Commission (UGC) recognised university or college. However, after the completion of graduation, pursuing a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) is mandatory. Candidates in the final year of DElEd are also eligible to apply.
