If you have appeared for UPSC exams 3 times under the OBC category but do not have an OBC certificate , it might impact your eligibility for other exams where category-based reservations are provided.
However, for exams like
SSC CGL
and other government exams, if you do not have an
OBC certificate
, you will be considered under the
General category
. Here's what you can do:
1. SSC CGL or any government job exam:

General Category
: Without the OBC certificate, you will have to apply as a
General category
candidate, meaning you won't be eligible for OBC-related reservations (age relaxation, seats).
2. For Future Exams:

Obtain the OBC certificate

Yes, you can apply for the SSC CGL exam if you have passed in graduation after class 12th. For many of the posts of the SSC CGL,along with class 12th from a recognised board,you also need to have graduation degree from a recognised university. SSC CGL emphasizes more on graduation degree for most of the posts .
If the maths is your additional subject,there is no problem,if you have passed overall, but you might need to explain during documents verification about the reason of failing in the subject .
