SSC CPO 2025 Exam - Paper 1 Result (Out), Cutoff

The commission activated the SSC CPO application form correction window from November 3 to 5, 2025. The SSC CPO 2025 application form was closed online on October 16, 2025.  The SSC CPO application form was activated on  September 26, 2025 at ssc.gov.in. The SSC CPO 2025 application fee is Rs. 100 for General and OBC category candidates and women/SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen are exempt from fee payment. Candidates must retain the printout of the application form and a copy of the fee receipt till the completion of the recruitment process.

The eligibility criteria of SSC CPO is provided below.

Nationality: Candidates must be a citizens of India.

SSC CPO Age Limit: Candidates must be between 20 and 25 years of age.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.

The exam pattern of SSC CPO 2025  will be released by the Staff Selection Commission. SSC CPO Sub Inspector (SI) 2025 Paper I consist of four subjects – General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension. Paper 1 will be conducted for 2 hours and consist of 200 marks each. 

Candidates who qualify for Paper I will be called for Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). Physical Endurance Test is qualifying in nature. Paper 1 will comprise only multiple-choice questions. SSC CPO 2025 exam pattern for Paper 1 is provided below.

Paper II is held to test candidates’ knowledge of English language. Paper 2 is held for 2 hours and comprises 200 marks. Paper 2 contains objective type questions. SSC CPO SI 2025 Paper 2 exam pattern is given below.

Marking Scheme:

The making scheme of SSC CPO is prescribed by Staff Selection Commission has been provided in the table below.                                                                                                       

• Go through the complete syllabus and exam pattern of SSC CPO Sub Inspector (SI) exam and plan preparation accordingly.
• Distribution of time to cover each and every topic required for the exam is crucial.
• Candidates must prepare for the exam in such a way that all the basics related to the topics of the exam are clear.
• The preparation routine of the exam should be devised in a manner such that candidates have ample time left for revision after completion of the syllabus.
• After candidates have revised the entire syllabus, it is important that they practice mock tests, previous years’ question papers, and sample paper. This will help them manage their time effectively on the day of examination.

The commission released the SSC CPO admit card on December 7, 2025 in online mode. The commission releases the SSC CPO 2025 admit card online on their regional websites. Candidates have to enter their registration number and date of birth to download the admit card. The SSC CPO admit card 2025 is released for different stages of the exam - Paper 1, PET/PST and Paper 2. Candidates can download their SSC CPO Sub Inspector admit card until the exam day.

Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC CPO answer key 2025 on December 24, 2025 in online mode. The commission has provided the SSC CPO 2025 answer key objection window from December 24 to 27, 2025. The provisional SSC CPO answer key has been released on the official website at ssc.gov.in. The result is declared after the release of the provisional SSC CPO 2025 answer key. Candidates can use the answer key to check their responses against the correct answers provided in it to calculate their probable scores. 

The result of SSC CPO 2025 has been released by SSC online on March 30, 2026 on the official website. The SSC CPO 2025 result has been released in the form of a PDF. The SSC CPO result 2025 contains roll numbers of candidates who qualify for the exam. 

SSC announces the result of SSC CPO in various phases - Paper 1 exam, PET, Paper 2 and final result. The result of all stages of the exam is declared after the conduct of each stage of the exam. Candidates are shortlisted for recruitment on the basis of scores in Papers 1 and 2.

The exam authorities have released the SSC CPO 2025 cut off for paper 1 along with the declaration of results at ssc.gov.in. The cut off of SSC CPO is the minimum mark that candidates must obtain to qualify each stage of the exam. The cut off is declared for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. SSC CPO cut off is released gender-wise and category-wise. 

Staff Selection Commission conducts SSC CPO Sub Inspector (SI) Paper 1 to select candidates for PET/PST. Candidates qualifying PET/PST are called to appear for Paper 2. On the basis of marks secured in Paper 1 and 2, the final result is prepared. Candidates are shortlisted for recruitment to the preferred posts based on the final result.
