About SSC CPO 2021
Staff Selection Commission conducts SSC CPO SI exam for recruitment of candidates for the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, Sub Inspector in CAPFs, Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF. SSC CPO SI recruitment exam is conducted in two stages – computer-based examination and PET. The computer-based examination or CBE is divided into two papers – Paper 1 and 2. Candidates qualifying Paper 1 will be eligible to appear in PET/PST. On the basis of their performance in PET/PST, candidates will be shortlisted for Paper 2. Both Paper 1 and 2 comprise of 200 marks and candidates will be given two hours to complete each paper. SSC will release a final result on the basis of marks secured in Paper 1 and 2 subject to qualifying PET/PST. Candidates will be recruited for the posts available, as mentioned in the notification, based on the final result.

The application form of SSC CPO is made available in online mode. The application fee is Rs. 100 for General and OBC category candidates and women/SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from fee payment. Candidates must retain the print out of application form and copy of fee receipt till the completion of the recruitment process.

SSC CPO Paper 1 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of SSC CPO 2021 has been released by the Staff Selection Commission. SSC CPO Sub Inspector (SI) 2021 Paper I consist of four subjects – General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension. Paper 1 will be conducted for 2 hours and consist of 200 marks each. Candidates who qualify for Paper I will be called for Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). Physical Endurance Test is qualifying in nature. Paper 1 will comprise only multiple-choice questions. SSC CPO 2021 exam pattern for Paper 1 is provided below.

SSC CPO Paper 2 Exam Pattern
Paper II is held to test candidates’ knowledge of English language. Paper 2 is held for 2 hours and comprises 200 marks. Paper 2 contains objective type questions. SSC CPO SI 2021 Paper 2 exam pattern is given below.

SSC releases the admit card for SSC CPO exam on their regional websites. Candidates have to enter their registration number and date of birth to download the admit card. SSC CPO admit card is released 7-10 days prior to the date of the exam. The admit card is released for different stages of the exam - Paper 1, PET/PST and Paper 2. Candidates can download their SSC CPO Sub Inspector admit card until the exam day.

SSC CPO answer key is published for Paper 1 and Paper 2 after each exam has been conducted. The exam body provides the facility of raising objections on the provisional answer key. Candidates can raise objections for a specified period of time. Once all objections have been taken into consideration, a final answer key of SSC CPO exam is published. SSC CPO result is declared after the release of the answer key. Candidates can use the answer key to check their responses against the correct answers provided in it to calculate their probable scores.
The result of SSC CPO is released by SSC online for both Paper 1 and 2. The result is declared in the form of PDF. The result contains roll numbers of candidates who qualify in the exam. SSC announces the result of SSC CPO in various phases - Paper 1 exam, PET, Paper 2 and final result. The result of all stages of the exam is declared after the conduct of each stage of the exam. Candidates are shortlisted for recruitment on the basis of score in Paper 1 and 2.
The cut-off of SSC CPO is the minimum marks which candidates must obtain to qualify each stage of the exam. The cutoff is declared for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. SSC CPO cutoff is released gender-wise and category-wise.
Staff Selection Commission conducts SSC CPO Sub Inspector (SI) Paper 1 to select candidates for PET/PST. Candidates qualifying PET/PST are called to appear for Paper 2. On the basis of marks secured in Paper 1 and 2, the final result is prepared. Candidates are shortlisted for recruitment to the preferred posts based on the final result.

SSC CPO Eligibility Criteria ;
• Candidates should be of 20 to 25 years old on January 01,2021 .Candidates should not be born before Jan 02,1996 and not after January 01,2001
•Categories also play a vital role in age Eligibility;
Candidates belonging to SC/ST have 5 years of relaxation. And OBC Candidates have 3 years of relaxation.And for the EX-SERVICEMAN (ESM) relaxation is 3 years .

Candidates domiciled in the state of Jammu and Kashmir during the period from 1st January 1980 to 31st December 1989 have been given the relaxation of 5 years.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Central Police Organization (CPO) exam. The SSC CPO exam which is also known as SSC Sub Inspector (SI) is conducted to recruit Sub Inspectors in Delhi Police in CAPF (Central Armed Police Forces) and ASI (Assistant Sub Inspectors) in CISF (Central Industrial Security Forces) under the Ministry of Home Affairs for Government of India. The CPO notification is released on the official website ssc.nic.in. The last date to apply is July 16th 2021.

Delhi Police Sub Inspector is primarily responsible for maintaining law and order in the capital city by using all the powers, officially vested by the Govt. of India. The Sub Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police comes under Group-C post and pay band of 9300–34800 +4200 Grade pay. The first promotion from an SI to the rank of an Inspector takes about 15 years, provided an impeccable service record. The next promotion to the rank of an ACP takes about 12 years.
