LIC AAO Exam Pattern 2019 - Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has released the exam pattern of LIC AAO 2019 along with the notification. According to the LIC AAO exam pattern 2019, the exam will be conducted in three stages – Preliminary, Mains and Interview followed by pre-recruitment medical examination. Both the exams (Preliminary and Mains) will be conducted in online mode. The exam conducting body prescribes the exam pattern of LIC AAO 2019. The prelims examination of LIC AAO will include objective type of questions. In objective type, there will be three sections carrying a total of 70 marks for 100 questions. Total time allotted to complete the test is one hour. Note: English Language will be of qualifying nature and the marks scored in English Language will not be included in preparation of mains result.
The examination authority has determined the marking scheme of LIC AAO 2019. As per LIC AAO exam pattern, the prelims exam will be held for a total of 70 marks while the mains exam will be held for a total of 300 marks. However, the question from English Language part in the prelims and mains exam will be held for 30 and 25 marks respectively but the marks will not be included while calculating the scores. English Language section is of qualifying in nature and candidates must qualify in this section to pass.
LIC AAO Exam Pattern 2019 - Interview
Candidates qualifying the LIC AAO mains examination will have to appear for interview. Candidates three times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for personal interview. Those candidates, who will be declared medically fit in pre-recruitment medical examination will be appointed for the post of Assistant Administrative Officer at LIC.
The syllabus of LIC AAO 2019 contains the topics from where the questions are expected to be asked. Candidates must go through the syllabus of LIC AAO 2019 before they start preparing for the exam. The syllabus includes topics based on objective sections ( Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, General Knowledge/Current Affairs Test etc).
