About LIC AAO 2023
Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has issued the LIC AAO admit card 2023 for mains exam on March 14 on the official website at licindia.in. The LIC AAO mains exam is scheduled to be held on March 18. Earlier, LIC declared the LIC AAO prelims result 2023 online on March 10. The LIC AAO exam 2023 for prelims was held on February 17 & 20. LIC issued the LIC AAO admit card 2023 online on February 10.
Earlier, the authorities closed the LIC AAO application form 2023 on January 31. The LIC AAO application form has been released online on January 15.
LIC conducts LIC AAO exam for the recruitment to the post of Assistant Administrative Officer (Generalist/Chartered Accountant/Actuarial/Rajbhasha). Along with the LIC AAO, this year LIC will also recruit candidates for Specialist posts like Assistant Engineer - Civil/Electrical/Structural/MEP & Assistant Architect (A.A). Candidates with bachelor’s or master’s degree can apply for LIC AAO while for AE, candidates must hold a B.Tech degree in the respective subject and hold three years of work experience. To be eligible to appear for exam, candidates must be between 21 to 30 years of age. Candidates meeting the desired eligibility criteria can fill the application form in online mode along with the payment of application fee of Rs 700 for general category and Rs 85 for SC/ST/and PWD candidates.
The selection process of LIC AAO will be done on the basis of online preliminary, mains exam followed by the interview and medical fitness checkup. To appear for each next round of selection process, candidates will have to pass in each stage separately and secure minimum qualifying marks.The prelims exam will be held for a total of 70 marks while the mains exam will be conducted for a total of 300 marks. However, a 30 marks English Language test will also be conducted which will be qualifying in nature.
Candidates who will be considered qualified will be given a basic regular pay of Rs. 32795/- per month in the scale of Rs. 32795- 1610(14) –55335– 1745(4) –62315 and other admissible allowances as per rules. Along with the basic salary, candidates will also be given various other allowances like House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance etc. Thus, the total initial salary of Rs. Rs 57,000/- per month in ‘A’ Class city.

LIC AAO 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The exam conducting authority prescribes LIC AAO eligibility criteria. Candidates who wish to apply for LIC AAO must fulfill the eligibility criteria. LIC has closed the LIC AAO application form 2023 online on January 31 on the official website. The online application form of LIC AAO has been released on January 15. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria, can only fill the application form. Candidates must fill the application form along with the payment of the application fee as per their category. In order to fill the application form candidates have to first register themselves, fill basic details, upload scanned photograph, signature, preview the application and pay the requisite fee. The application fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs. 700 while for SC/ST/PWD candidates have to pay Rs. 85. The candidates can pay the online application fees through online mode by using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking (RuPay/Visa/Master Card/Maestro), IMPS, Cash Card/Mobile Wallets.

As per the exam pattern of the LIC AAO exam, the prelims exam will have a total of 100 questions from English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability for which candidates will be given a total of 1 hour. The test will be held in online mode.

LIC AAO Main Exam Pattern
The mains exam of LIC AAO is an objective test along with one descriptive test. The sections of mains exam of LIC AAO is different for different post. Candidates are given a total of 2 hours to complete the objective test. The authorities will also give a thirty minutes time to the candidates to complete the descriptive test. Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has issued the LIC AAO admit card 2023 for mains on March 14 on the official website. The admit card of LIC AAO for prelims has been released by the exam conducting authority on February 10. To download the admit card candidates have to enter registration number and password/date of birth. Candidates must check the details mentioned on the admit card. The admit card of online exam is only be issued to those candidates who have successfully filled the application form. The admit card of LIC AAO for the mains exam has been issued to the candidates who have qualified the preliminary exam. Only those candidates who will qualify the main exam will be issued admit card for interview. Candidates will have to carry any one photo identity proof along with the admit card.

LIC AAO result 2023 has been released for prelims exam on March 10 on the official website. The result of LIC AAO is released online for prelims, mains and interview. LIC AAO result is released in PDF format with the name of qualified candidates and roll number. To qualify for the next round of the selection process, candidates will have to score minimum qualifying marks in each section and aggregate marks too. Candidates who will be shortlisted in prelims will be eligible to appear for mains. The commission will also release the list of shortlisted candidates for interview after which they will have to appear for pre-recruitment medical test.

• Age Limit: The candidate must be 21 Years to 30 Years as on 01.04.2020 i.e. candidates must have been born between 02.04.1990 and 01.04.1999 (both dates inclusive)
• Educational Qualification: The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Those who are in the Final year/Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for interview, they must produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 01.07.2020. Candidates with Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate must ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.08.2020. Candidates with Chartered Accountant certification may also apply.
SBI PO Selection Procedure: Important Points
The candidates should keep in mind the following points related to the SBI PO selection process:
• Biometric Verification: To ensure an error-free and secure selection procedure for SBI PO 2020, the bank may digitally capture the thumb impression of the candidate. This is done to verify the genuineness of the candidates. Any inconsistency in the biometric verification will lead to rejection of the candidature and punitive legal actions. Candidates are thus advised not to apply any kind of external matter like ink, mehandi, chemical etc. on their hands.
• Number of Attempts: The maximum number of chances are fixed for each category. Candidates who have used up all the chances are not eligible to apply. Appearing in Preliminary Exam is not counted as an attempt but appearing in Mains Exam is counted.
Is the LIC AAO Exam bilingual?
The exam will be bilingual, although only one language will be used for the English and Hindi sections.
What is the LIC AAOs salary?
The LIC AAO will receive a basic salary of INR 53,600 and extra perks in accordance with the regulations. For the following 14 years, there will be a 2,645 INR annual increase.
