LIC AAO Application Form 2019 - Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) had released the application form of LIC AAO 2019 on March 2, 2019, in online mode. The LIC AAO 2019 apply online process involves filling personal details, uploading photograph and signature, preview, and payment of application fees. The deadline for online application form LIC AAO 2019, and paying the fee is March 22. Candidates must note the LIC AAO application form 2019 would be unacceptable without the payment of application fees. Candidates who successfully apply online for LIC AAO 2019 can download the admit card and appear for the recruitment exam.

For LIC AAO 2019, the authority has announced 590 vacancies for the recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officers (AAOs) for the posts of Generalist/IT/Chartered Accountant/Actuarial/Rajbhasha. LIC AAO admit card 2019 for prelims exam was available from April 22 to 30, 2019, while the dates for the call letter of LIC AAO mains exam have not been declared yet.

Step 1 – Registration

Step 2 - Filling Basic Information

Enter the Name, Contact Details, and Email-id in. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated and will be displayed on the screen and will also be sent to the candidates through email or SMS. Candidates can log in using their registration number and password and fill in LIC AAO application form 2019 with correct details.

The photograph must be recent passport size and color.

The picture should be against a light-colored, preferably white background.

Candidates must have looked straight into the camera with a relaxed face in the photograph.

Candidates must place themselves in the shade in case of the sunny day so that they are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows in the picture.

There must not be "red-eye" in the photograph.

In case of candidates wearing glasses, there must not be any reflection and eyes of the candidates must be seen clearly.

If the candidate is wearing a cap, hats and dark glass in the picture, it will not be acceptable.

Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover the candidates face.

The photograph must be of dimensions 200 x 230 pixels.

The file size of the photograph should be between 20kb-50kb.

Candidates must ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb

Signature has to be on white paper with Black Ink pen.

Left thumb impression has to be on a white paper with black or blue ink.

The declaration has to be in English clearly on a white paper with black ink

The signature will be used on the admit card. Thus, the signature on the attendance sheet or admit card and that of the signature uploaded in the application form must match.

Signature image must be in .jpg format

Signature dimensions must be 140x60 pixels (preferred)

Signature file size must be between 10kb-20kb

Size of the scanned image should not be more than 20kb

The applicant has to left thumb impression on white paper with Black Ink Pen.

The thumb impression must be done by the candidates only.

Thumb Impression format must be jpeg/JPG

Thumb impression dimensions must be 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3 cm

(Width * Height)

Size of thumb impression file should be between 10kb —20kb.

A hand written declaration (on a white paper with black ink).

The applicant has to write the declaration in English clearly on a white paper with black or blue ink.

The declaration must be in jpeg/JPG format

Declaration dimensions are 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 10 cm * 5 cm (Width *Height)

Declaration file size is 50 KB – 100 KB

The payment of application fee must be done in online mode. Candidates can make payment by using Credit Card, Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/Master Card/Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Card/Mobile Wallets. An E-Receipt will be generated on successful completion of the transaction. Candidates must keep in mind that the fee of LIC AAO application form 2019 is non-refundable.

Step 8 - Final Submission & Printout of the Application Form

On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated. Candidates must click on the submit button after completion of filling of application form 2019. Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form. Candidates must note that if the same cannot be generated, the online transaction might not have been successful.

Q. What should I do if there is a lot of delay in accessing the page?

Ans: Speed for registration of online application on the internet, is based on various factors like internet speed, a large number of applicants trying to register the application at the same time etc. Therefore if candidates are not able to get the pages for registration immediately, please retry after a gap of 15 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.

Q. How do I know that my application is registered?

Ans: Successful registration is indicated by the page displayed after clicking the submit button indicating the generated ‘registration no.’ and ‘password’. Candidates must note down the same care and preserve it. However, if they do not preserve it, will not be able to re-print the application and download the call letter.

Q. I did not receive the email intimation for registration of my application?

Ans: Candidates must check ‘registration no.’ and ‘password’ are also sent by auto-response confirmation emails. Delivery of these emails purely depends upon the correctness of e-mail id provided, the policy of candidates e-mail service provider to accept and divert such emails under a bulk or spam emails or bounce back such emails without accepting it due to a heavy number of emails generated by our applications. In the case of govt./Official /company email ids, delivery is controlled by candidate company policies. Therefore, please do not expect replies from us, if candidates do not receive such confirmation / auto-response emails.

Q. How do I re-confirm that my application is saved?

Ans: In case of doubt about the successful Registration, candidates are advised to visit the Page for Re-Print of Application, generate the Printout and preserve the soft copy and hard copy (printout) of the Application.

Q. I got Blank / Zero Registration No. after submission of application online?

Ans: In rare cases, candidates may get zero registration no. With a valid password. Candidates are advised to re-register the application and check the printout through re-print application.

Q. After filling up the complete form, I got Blank Screen / Internet got disconnected / My PC closed/hanged/ shutdown. Is my application saved/registered?

Ans: If candidates do not get the application printout through re-print option, the application is not saved. Candidates have to re-apply for the same.

Q. What details should I retain while replying to auto-response emails?

Ans: While writing back by replying the confirmation emails for the genuine problem, please retain the text containing ‘registration no.’ and ‘password’ details on the email.

Q. What details should I provide while writing for the problem in the application?

Ans: Candidates must provide the following details while writing to the officials:

  • Registration no.

  • Mobile no.

  • Date of birth

  • Full name as entered in the application

In case of application failure or an error message, we would like to have the screenshot of the error in jpg, gif format or as an ms word file. Additionally, candidates might provide the pc details including the operating system (like Windows XP, Vista, Linux etc.) & internet browser & version (like internet explorer 6.0, Mozilla 3.0, Firefox 3.5 etc.) used.

Q. I want to change/correct the details I entered in the application?

Ans: Prior to submission of the online application, please choose the 'edit' option to correct the details. Candidates must remember to take fresh print out after modifying any details. Candidate should note that the data entered in basic info cannot be modified.

In case any candidate face difficulty in online registration or if they haven't received auto response mail within 24 hours, inform at [email protected] giving following specific details to provide quick resolution of the error encountered by candidates -

  • Registration number

  • Name of the bank

  • Name of the post applied for

  • Email Id

  • Contact telephone number (preferably mobile number)

  • Operating system Windows XP SP2 or Linux ( with version number)

  • Browser with its version number

  • whether javascript is enabled

  • Copy of exact text of error message encounter
