    About HP TET 2025

    Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBoSE) has released the HP TET results 2025 for the November session on January 2, 2026 on the official website at hpbose.org. The HP TET answer key objection window was activated from December 2 to 8, 2025. Earlier, the HP TET 2025 answer key was released on December 2, 2025 on the official website. 

    The HP TET November 2025 exam was held on November 2, 5, 8, 9, and 16, 2025, for the November session. The HP TET November admit card 2025 was issued on October 29, 2025, on the official website, hpbose.org.in. Candidates were able to use the HP TET application correction window 2025 facility from October 4 to 6, 2025. The HP TET application form last date was September 30, 2025, without a late fee, while candidates can fill the form with a late fee of Rs. 600 from October 1 to 3, 2025.  Candidates can apply for the exam by using the online HP TET 2025 apply link. Candidates were able to submit the HP TET form with a late fee of Rs. 600 from October 1 to 3, 2025. 

    The HP TET application form was released from September 10 to 30, 2025. Only the candidates who successfully submit the application form will be issued the HPTET 2025 admit card.  All candidates must go through the HP TET eligibility criteria 2025 before applying for the exam. The eligibility criteria of HP TET are based on two factors – age and educational qualification. 

    Eligible candidates can apply for various teaching departments – Sanskrit, Language Teacher, Punjabi, Urdu, JBT, TGT (Non-Medical/Medical/Arts). HP TET exam is conducted for all the candidates who wish to teach in primary and elementary classes. HP TET exam is conducted in offline mode and the exam pattern is different for each department. Candidates who qualify HP TET 2025 exam will be awarded the eligibility certificate. The HP TET 2025 certificate will be valid for lifetime years and candidates can apply for various teaching posts from class- I to VIII in the schools of Himachal Pradesh.

    HP TET Important Dates

    HP TET Himachal Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test (session 2025)

    The HP TET application correction facility was activated from October 4 to 6, 2025, in online mode on the official website, hpbose.org. HPBOSE activated the HP TET application 2025 on September 10, 2025. Eligible candidates can submit the HP TET application form before September 30, 2025. The last date with a late fee to fill out the HP TET application form 2025 was from October 1 to 3, 2025. Candidates can fill out the application form using the HP TET online apply link.

    Also, candidates must go through the HP TET 2025 eligibility criteria in order to avoid rejection at any later stage. Before the candidates start filling the HP TET 2025 application form, they must keep the following ready with them email ID, contact number, class 10th certificate, scanned photograph and signature and card details to pay the online fee. In order to fill the HP TET application form 2025, candidates must follow these steps:

    Step 1 - Filling Up of Basic Details    

    Candidates are required to fill in detail such as name, date of birth, father’s/mother’s name, subject that the candidate wishes to appear, contact number, email ID, category etc.

    Step 2 - Uploading Photograph  and Signature

    After filling all the required details, candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature as per the prescribed specifications.

    Instructions to upload signature

    • The size of the signature should be less than 15KB
    •  The dimension of the signature must be 3.5 x 1.5 cm
    • The format of the signature  must be in jpg format
    •  Instructions to upload photograph
    • The dimension of the photograph must be 3.5 x 4.5 cm
    • The size of the image must be     less than 20KB

    Step 3 – Payment of Application Fee

    After completing all the process, candidates will have to pay the application fee of HP TET by using Credit Card/Debit Card or Internet Banking. Candidates who have a late fee payment can pay their HP TET 2025 application fee between specified dates.

    Step 4 – Printout of HP TET Application form

    Before final submission, candidates must go through the filled application form in order to avoid any errors. They need to put a tick mark against the declaration to submit the form. After final submission candidates must take a printout of the filled application form and save it for future reference.

    The eligibility criteria of HP TET 2025 is prescribed by the exam conducting body. Candidates must go through the eligibility criteria of HP TET in order to fill the online application form. The HP TET 2025 eligibility criteria includes requirements like age and educational qualification.

                                                    The HP TET admit card 2025 for the November session released on October 29, 2025. Candidates who successfully submit their application form can download their HP TET 2025 admit card. To access the HP TET admit card, candidates have to enter their application number and date of birth in the dd-mm-yyyy format in the login window. 

                                                    The admit card of HP TET has details such as name, photograph, signature, roll number, the address of the examination hall and timings of the exam. Candidates who can't write the HP TET exam, in case they do not have their admit card. In case of any discrepancies in the downloaded HP TET admit card must immediately contact the authorities. 

                                                    The HP TET 2025 provisional answer key has been released on December 2, 2025 on the official website at hpbose.org. To challenge the answer key of HP TET, candidates need to send valid proof to claim their answer. 

                                                    The final answer key will be published only after the authorities have evaluated all the challenged answer key Candidates can check the correct responses to the questions asked in the entrance exam. Based on the correct and incorrect answers, candidates can calculate their probable scores obtained in HP TET.

                                                    Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has declared the result of HP TET exam 2025 on Janauary 2, 2026 on the official website. Candidates can check their results by entering roll number or application number. HP TET result contains the name, roll number, application number, category and total marks. After the announcement of result, candidates will be awarded TET eligibility certificate which is valid for lifetime. All the eligible candidates can then apply for class I to VIII in the schools of Himachal Pradesh.

                                                    According to the official notification regarding the eligibility criteria, the candidate must have 50% in their undergraduate degree, it could be BA, BCom, BSc, BEd depending upon the field you choose as a TGT or JBT. Since, you scored 49.9%, you are not eligible to apply. Although there is

                                                    For HP TET a minimum of 45% aggregate is required for all who have graduated before 2010..

                                                    So you can appear in HP TET TGT...

                                                    But for JBT minimum of 50% aggregate and 2 year JBT certificate is also required.

                                                    So in my opinion you can't appear for HP TET
