How to calculate the score in the HP TET exam?
The board releases the final answer key along with the declaration of the results. Candidates can calculate their scores using the answer key by following the steps below.
For each correct answer, one mark will be awarded
The total score will be determined by calculating the number of correct responses.
In case more than one option is marked for a question, the response is considered incorrect.

According to the official notification regarding the eligibility criteria, the candidate must have 50% in their undergraduate degree, it could be BA, BCom, BSc, BEd depending upon the field you choose as a TGT or JBT. Since, you scored 49.9%, you are not eligible to apply. Although there is
For HP TET a minimum of 45% aggregate is required for all who have graduated before 2010..
So you can appear in HP TET TGT...
But for JBT minimum of 50% aggregate and 2 year JBT certificate is also required.
So in my opinion you can't appear for HP TET
