CTET 2019 exam is scheduled to be conducted on July 7, 2019. The exam will be conducted to determine the eligibility of the candidates as teachers. CTET exam is conducted in offline mode for two papers - paper I and II. Paper I is conducted for candidates who wish to become teachers from classes 1 to 5 whereas paper II is conducted for all those candidates who wish to become teachers from classes 6 to 8.

There are 30 questions asked from each section carrying 30 marks each. Candidates get 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the primary stage of the CTET exam 2019.
CTET Question Paper 2019 - elementary stage
As per the exam pattern of CTET, the question paper for the elementary stage contained question from the following sections:
Child Development & Pedagogy
Mathematics and Science (for Mathematics and Science teacher)
Social Studies/Social Science (for Social Studies/Social Science teacher)
The language I, Language II, Child Development and Pedagogy sections have 30 questions each, while Mathematics and Science, Social Studies/Social Sciences carry a weightage of 60 questions each. Candidates get 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the elementary stage of CTET exam 2019.
