CSIR UGC NET 2019 - National Test Agency (NTA) has announced the result of CTET 2019 December session on January 15, 2020 at csirnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates have to log in using their application number and date of birth/ password. This year, a total of 2,82,116 candidates took CSIR UGC NET 2019 for the December session. All those candidates who have secured the minimum cut off of Joint CSIR UGC NET have qualified for Lecturers and JRF. The notification of CSIR UGC NET was released on September 9, 2019. Along with the notification, the authorities also had enabled the link to fill the application form of CSIR UGC NET. Candidates could fill the application form till October 9, 2019. The last date to pay the application fee of CSIR UGC NET application form was October 10, 2019 (11:50 pm). CSIR UGC NET exam is conducted for appointment of Lecturers (NET) in subjects under the faculty of Science and Technology and awarding Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). CSIR UGC NET is conducted twice a year - June and December in offline mode. CSIR has released the result of CSIR UGC NET for the December session on January 15, 2020. Exam conducting authoritites have released the admit card for Meghalaya and Assam states on December 23, 2019 for which exam is slated to be conducted on December 27. Prior to this authorities had released the admit card of CSIR UGC NET 2019 in online mode on November 9. Joint CSIR UGC NET admit card 2019 is available for the candidates whose applications have been accepted by the exam authority. Candidates can download the admit card of CSIR UGC NET by using their login credentials - application number and date of birth. Candidates must check all the details on the admit card of CSIR UGC NET. In case of discrepancies, candidates must immediately contact the examination authority and get the errors rectified. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the examination without the admit card and the prescribed photo ID proof.

All those candidates who qualify CSIR UGC NET 2019 will be awarded fellowship of Rs. 25,000 per month for two years. Along with it, an annual contingency grant of Rs 20,000 will also be given per given to the University/Institution per fellow for the third and the subsequent year on the basis of the progress of the fellow.
