About AP TET 2024

AP TET 2024 - Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh announced the AP TET 2024 results for July session on November 2, 2024 on the official website, aptet.apcfss.in. Earlier, the final AP TET answer key was released on October 30, 2024. The AP TET July exam 2024 was conducted from October 3 to 21, 2024. The AP TET admit card 2024 was issued on September 22, 2024. Candidates were able to fill the AP TET application form 2024 until August 3, 2024. The application form of AP TET 2024 for July session was released on July 3, 2024, along with the notification.

The Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh conducts the APTET exam for all the candidates who aspire to become a teacher. The AP TET 2024 exam will be conducted for two papers – paper – I for primary stage (class- I to V) and paper- II for the elementary stage (class- VI to VIII). Candidates who will qualify for the APTET 2024 exam will be awarded the TET Eligibility Certificate, which will be valid for 7 years. However, only 20% weightage will be given to TET scores in the Teacher Recruitment of the State Government.

Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh declared the APTET result 2024 in online mode on November 2, 2024 on its official website. Candidates can check their result by entering their roll number and password/date of birth in the login window. 

The result of APTET 2024  includes the name of the candidate, application number and total marks secured. Only those candidates will qualify for APTET 2024 who will score more than or equal to the qualifying marks as decided by the exam conducting body.

Paper-II (B)- School Assistant- Physical Education/Physical Education Teachers

The exam conducting body closed the AP TET application form 2024 on August 3, 2024. The APTET 2024 application form was released online on July 3, 2024 on the official website. Before filling the application form, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria of APTET 2024 as prescribed by the authorities. In order to apply online, candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 750 and upload their signature and photograph according to the prescribed specifications. After this they need to fill all the basic details. Candidates must go through the following steps to the APTET 2024 application form.

Steps to fill the online application form of APTET 2024

Payment of fee: Candidates are required to pay the fee of Rs. 500 through the payment gateway. Once the payment has been received, candidates will get one journal number which indicates that payment has been made successfully.

Uploading of photograph and signature: After payment of fees, candidates need to enter their journal number, date of payment and date of birth and then they will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature as per the specifications. Candidates also need to read and put a tick on the declaration as well as enter the verification code. After completing all these, they can press on the upload option and the photograph and signature will be uploaded. The specifications to upload signature and photograph are given below:

Instructions for uploading the photograph and signature

  •    The dimension of the photograph should be 3.5 x 3.5 cm

  •    The size of the photograph must not be more than 50kb

  •    Candidates must make sure that the signature and photograph must be .jpeg format

  •    The signature must be done on a white paper with a black pen

  •   Candidates have to upload their signature in the space of 1.5 cm (given in the application form), and make sure it is within that space/box.

Filling up of all the required details: After uploading, candidates are required to fill in all the important details related to them such as name, category, address and educational qualification in the APTET 2024 application form.

Preview: After filling all the information in the APTET application form 2024, candidates must go through the form in order to check if there is any error or not. In case, you need to edit any details then press on the edit option or else submit the form. After final submission, candidates will get one reference ID which must be noted down for any future reference.

Printout of the filled application form: On completion and submission, candidates are advised to take a printout of the filled application form of APTET 2024 for their own reference and also save one copy. They do not require to send the printout of the application form via post to the authorities.
