1. Check Bank Statement: Confirm whether the amount has been debited from your account. Sometimes, payments show as pending initially.

2. Wait for 48 Hours: Payment gateways may take up to 48 hours to update the reference ID or process refunds.

3. Contact AP TET Helpdesk:

   • Email: aptet2024helpdesk@gmail.com (check official notification for the exact email)

   • Phone: Use the official helpline number provided on the AP TET website.

4. Provide Details: When contacting them, mention:

   • Name, Date of Payment, Mode of Payment (Netbanking/UPI/Debit Card)
