Only those candidates who fill up the RBI Grade application form 2024 on or before the last date paying the application fee will receive the RBI Grade B 2024 admit card. RBI Grade B Exam Dates 2024

RBI Officer Grade B Eligibility Criteria 2024

The exam conducting authority will publish the RBI Officer Grade B 2024 eligibility criteria as a part of the exam notification. Eligibility criteria of RBI Officer Grade B 2024 refer to the minimum educational qualification, age limit and other criteria one must meet in order to sit for the exam. Several relaxations are made in the RBI Officer Grade B Eligibility Criteria 2024 as per Govt. of India regulations.

Nationality:

• Indian citizen
• Subjects of Nepal and Bhutan
• Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, for permanently settling in India,
• Person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanent settlement in India.

Age Limit:

• General Candidates of RBI Officer Grade B 2024 must belong to the age group of 21-30 years.
• For M.Phil. and Ph.D. qualified candidates, the upper age limit is 32 and 34 years respectively.

Note: Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided to the reserve category candidates.

Educational Qualification:

SBI Officer Grade B (DR) General: A Bachelor’s degree minimum of 60% marks is required.

SBI Officer Grade B (DR) DEPR:

• Master's Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course/ Finance
• PGDM/ MBA in Finance
• Master’s Degree in Economics in any of the sub-categories of economics i.e. agricultural/ business/ developmental/ applied, etc.
• With a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute.

SBI Officer Grade B (DR) DSIM:

• Master's Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur, Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay
• Master's Degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years and a one-year post-graduate diploma in Statistics
• M. Stat. Degree of Indian Statistical Institute
• Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) jointly offered by ISI Kolkata, IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta
• With a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years.

RBI Officer Grade B Application Form 2024

RBI Officer Grade B 2024 application form will be available on the official website. Before filling the application form of RBI Officer Grade B 2024, candidates will have to register using his bio-data (name, email ID, phone number, etc.) and generate the registration ID. In order to complete the RBI Grade B application form 2024, candidates will have to enter their personal and academic details and upload documents to authenticate the provided information.

The exam authorities will release the RBI Grade B 2024 exam pattern in the official notification. RBI Grade B 2024 exam will be conducted in three phases. Since the RBI Grade B exam 2024 will be conducted in different shifts, scores will be normalized using the equi-percentile method.

The questions in phase I paper as per the exam pattern of RBI Officer Grade B 2024 will contain objective type questions from 4 sections for 200 marks-

• Quantitative Aptitude

RBI Officer Grade B 2024 Exam Pattern- Phase-II (Online Examination)

Phase II of the RBI Officer Grade B exam 2024 will have 3 papers of both objective and descriptive type questions-

• Economic and Social Issues (Objective)

• English Writing Skills (Descriptive questions to be typed on keyboard)

• Finance and Management (Objective)

The time allotted for each section of the exam is 90 minutes. There will be 100 marks in each of these 3 sections.

The interview round of RBI Grade B 2024 carries 50 marks. The interview round is designed to taste a candidate’s personality, awareness regarding current events and the knowledge of the banking sector. Candidates can choose either English or Hindi as their medium for RBI Grade B exam 2024.
