Here is a step by step guide on the procedure on how to fill the RBI Grade B application form 2025:
Step 1 - RBI Grade B Registration 2025
The first step to begin the RBI Grade B application process is the RBI Grade B registration. Applicants have to enter their name, valid email ID, date of birth and active phone number while registering for the RBI Grade B 2025 exam. On doing so a system generated registration number will be created and communicated to the applicant via their registered mobile number and email id.
Step 2 - Uploading Signature and Photograph
After completing the registration process, candidates have to upload a scanned copy of a passport-sized photograph and signature as per the prescribed dimensions mentioned by the RBI in the notification.

Step 4 - Preview the RBI Grade B Application Form 2025
After putting in all the details in the application form candidates are recommended to preview the RBI Grade B 2025 application before the final submission. Previewing the application form will allow candidates to check whether the details they have entered are correct or not and, if required, necessary corrections can be made.
Step 5 – Payment of RBI Grade B Application Fees

Handwritten Declaration - “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
Step 7 - Final Submission of RBI Grade B Application Form 2025
After completing all the above mentioned steps, candidates need to click on the final submit button to complete the RBI Grade B application process. They must download and save a copy of the RBI Group B Officer application form 2025 for future reference.

The eligibility criteria, educational qualifications is that candidate should have passed graduation in any discipline /Equivalent technical or professional qualification with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants).

The eligibility for RBI Grade B Officer General is simply passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized University securing 60% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, or passed postgraduation from a recognized University securing 55% aggregate,
in case of RBI Grade B Offficer DEPR the eligibility criteria is passed Master's Degree in Economics / Integrated Economics/Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Course/ Finance securing 55% aggregate or passed PGDM/ MBA Finance with at least 55% aggregate,
for RBI Grade B Offficer DSIM , the eligibility criteria is Master's Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur or Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay securing 55% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, or passed Master's Degree in Mathematics securing 55% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, and passed one year post graduate diploma in statistics or related subjects , or passed M.
