As far as bank exams(Probationary and Clerk posts) are concerned , any candidate in age group of 20-30 can sit for the exam if he/she has a valid undergraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. And the upper age limit to appear for IBPS clerk entrance exam is 28 years as on September 1st of the year in which the candidate is appearing for the exam. Relaxation on upper age limit is given to reserved categories. You haven't mentioned you category assuming that you belong to general category you are not eligible to appear for SBI CLERK 2021 or IBPS CLERK 2021 since your age as of today is 28 years 1 month 4 days.
