APSET 2019 - Andhra University has released the provisional answer key of APSET 2019 for both paper I and II on October 22. The answer key has been released for the test held on October 20, 2019. Earlier the authority had released APSET admit card 2019 for the exam for all the aspiring candidates in online mode at apset.net.in on October 11, 2019. Candidates could download the admit card of APSET 2019 after entering the login credentials i.e Email id, Password and Security key. The last date to download the admit card waas October 20 which is also the date of exam. Earlier commission had released the application form and candidates could have filled the application form of APSET 2019 from August 5, 2019 and last date to submit the application form without late fee was September 12, 2019. The application form of APSET 2019 has released on August 5, 2019. Candidates who are eligible must fill the application form along with the payment of the application fees without which the application will not be accepted by the authority. The application for of APSET 2019 must be filled in online mode. Candidates can fill the form by visiting the official website apset.net.in. The filling of the application form is followed by payment of application fees.

Andhra University has released the notification of APSET 2019 in July 28,2019. Candidates can to fill the application form of APSET 2019 in online mode.

In order to fill the application form, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria which are determined by the conducting authority. The eligibility criteria of APSET includes educational qualification and age.
APSET 2019 Eligibility Criteria on the basis of Education Qualification
Candidates must have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s Degree or equivalent examinations from universities/institutions recognized by UGC. Candidates under reserved categories like BC, SC, ST, PWD must have scored 50% marks for the same.
Candidates who have appeared or will be appearing in the qualifying Master’s degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited or candidates whose qualifying examinations have been delayed are also eligible to apply for the examination provided the candidates have complete their P.G degree examination within one year from the date of APSET result with at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of BC/SC/ST/PWD).
The Ph.D. degree holders whose Master’s level examination had been completed by 19th September 1992 (irrespective of the date of declaration of result) will get a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks (i.e. from 55% to 50%) for appearing in SET.
Candidates holding post-graduate diploma/certificate awarded by Indian University/Institute or foreign degree/diploma/certificate awarded by the foreign University/Institute should in their own interest, ascertain the equivalence of their diploma/degree/certificate with Master’s degree of recognized Indian universities from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.
There is no upper age limit decided by the Andhra University for applying for eligibility for the test.
1. The qualified candidates are eligible to apply for the post of Assistant Professor only in the universities/colleges in the Andhra Pradesh state from where they have cleared their SET.
2. Candidates who have qualified earlier in APSET/UGC NET are not eligible to apply in the same subject they qualified.
The exam centres of APSET 2019 are the various venues where the exam will be conducted. Candidates must know the various centres of APSET so that they can opt for the nearest venue. APSET exam is conducted across 6 regional centres of Andhra Pradesh.

Exam pattern of APSET 2019 is very important for the candidates as it contains all the sections from where the expected questions can come. Not only does the exam pattern of APSET 2019 contains the sections but also lets the candidates know about the marking scheme and time allotment of the examination.

The exam of APSET is conducted for 2 papers – Paper 1 & 2.
Paper 1 will be conducted for all the candidates appearing in the exam bilingually (English and Telugu).
Paper 2 will be conducted for the above mentioned 31 subjects where subjects like Commerce, Economics, Education, History, Political Science, Public Administration, Sociology, Social Work will be conducted bilingually (English and Telugu), whereas all the other subjects exam will be conducted in English only.
Both papers will have objective questions.
Marks will not be deducted for any wrong response given by the candidates for any question.
Candidates must refer to the previous year's question papers of APSET 2019 to under the types of questions, the difficulty level of the paper and marks distribution of the APSET 2019 exam. By regularly practising the question paper of APSET, candidates can increase their accuracy and speed of answering the question paper and hence they will feel confident about the actual exam. Candidates can prepare for their exam in a better way by referring to the question papers of APSET 2019.
Andhra University releases the APSET syllabus. Candidates must go through the syllabus of APSET before appearing for the exam. The APSET 2019 syllabus includes all the topics from where the question can be asked in the exam. By referring to the syllabus of APSET, candidates need not search for topics here and there.

Andhra University declares APSET result in online mode. Candidates can check their APSET 2019 result by providing their application number/roll number and password on the official website of the exam. Candidates will be provided with their merit as well as qualifying status along with the APSET 2019 result. Only those candidates will be given the certificate of eligibility whose name will appear in the merit list of APSET.
After the declaration of result of APSET 2019, candidates will have to appear for document verification at the prescribed centre by the exam conducting body. They need to carry the following documents that are given below:
Andhra University releases the minimum qualifying marks for both paper 1 and 2 according to the category. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks in order to qualify the APSET exam.
