Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) determined IBPS SO 2025 eligibility criteria for those candidates who wish to appear for the exam. The authorities prescribe the IBPS SO eligibility 2025 for I.T. Officer (Scale-I), Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I), Marketing Officer (Scale I), Law Officer (Scale I) in the official notification.
Candidates must be eligible on all grounds to apply for the IBPS SO exam. The eligibility criteria is determined on the basis of the nationality, age, and education qualification of the candidates. As per IBPS Specialist Officer eligibility criteria, candidates between 20 to 30 years of age can fill the application form. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria of IBPS SO 2025 on the basis of :
Nationality
Age
Education Qualification
IBPS SO 2025 Nationality
Candidates must be a citizen of India, or
A subject of Bhutan, Nepal or a Tibetan Refugee who came to India prior to January 1, 1962 with an intention to settle permanently/a person of Indian origin who migrated from Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, East African countries of Kenya, Zambia Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with an intention of settling permanently India, provided they have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

Candidates must be eligible on the basis of their educational qualification from a University/ Institution recognized by Government of India/ approved by Government Regulatory Bodies.
