SSC JHT 2020 - SSC has released the application form of JHT along with its notification on June 29, 2020. Candidates can fill the application form from June 29 to July 25, 2020. The SSC JHT application form 2020 will have to be filled in online mode. Prior to this, SSC released SSC JHT exam dates 2020 online. The paper 1 of SSC JHT 2020 which was scheduled for October 06, 2020, will now be held on November 19 while paper 2 will be conducted on January 31, 2021. Candidates whose age is less than 30 years and who have attained a master's degree are eligible to apply for SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2020. Only candidates who qualify the paper 1 will be eligible to appear for paper 2 of SSC JHT 2020. Candidates who qualify the SSC JHT exam will get a pay scale of level 6-8 ranging from Rs. 35400 to 151100. The exam is held in two-stages CBT and Descriptive. Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2020 exam to recruit candidates for the post of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak for various Departments/Organisations and Ministries of the Government of India. SSC JHT 2020 Result
Staff Selection Commission has released SSC JHT 2019 result on November 13 at its official website. SSC releases the SSC JHT Result 2020 in online mode in PDF format. The result is released separately for both the papers. Candidates qualifying in Paper 1 of SSC JHT will be eligible to appear for Paper 2, while those who qualify in Paper 2 will be called for the Document Verification. Candidates can also check their scorecard of SSC JHT 2020 through the 'Candidate Login' section from the official website. Post successfully completion of the Document Verification candidates will be appointed to the preferred posts as per the merit list.
To apply for SSC JHT 2020, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria. SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2020 eligibility consists of the academic qualification, age limit and nationality. Candidates' age must not exceed 30 years, however, there is upper age relaxation for candidates belonging to reserved categories. Candidates must have a master's degree to apply for SSC JHT 2020 although the academic qualification differs as per the various posts.

SSC JHT 2020 Admit Card
Candidates who successfully apply for SSC JHT exam 2020 will be issued the SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2020 admit card. SSC JHT Admit Card 2020 consists of all the important details related to the candidate like - scanned photograph & signature, roll number, the application number, exam centre and address. What is the SSC JHT 2020 Exam Pattern?
There will be two papers in the SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2020 exam. Paper 1 will be CBT based while Paper 2 will be descriptive in nature. The CBT paper will have 2 subjects General Hindi and General English. There will be 10 questions of 100 marks from each subject. The total time allotted to give the paper will be 2 hours. In Paper 2, which will be Descriptive in mode, candidates will have to write Translation as well as an Essay. The total marks will be 200 while the time duration will be 2 hours.

The questions asked in paper 1 will be designed to test candidates' understanding of languages and literature, correct use of words, phrases and idioms and their ability to write the languages. The questions will be of the graduation level. Whereas as per the SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2020 syllabus of Paper 2, there will be Translation and Essay. In paper 2 of SSC JHT exam 2020, there will be two passages for translation from Hindi to English and from English to Hindi, Apart from the passage candidates will also have to write an Essay each in Hindi and English. Ive just completed my bachelors in English from SOL-DU. I aspire to apply for SSC - JHT after my Masters. The only issue is that eligibility of SSC JHT says you need to have studied at least one English, one Hindi subject in your masters. Theres no such programme available at IGNOU that has both

The educational qualification depends on the Post code that you want to apply for. For Post codes A to D, you need to have Master's degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or you can also have a Master's degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject. For Post Code E, you need to recognised Diploma or certificate course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice versa. So you need to either study in English medium and have Hindi as a language or vice versa.
May i eligible to (SSC JHT) if i complete my B.A (General) from ignou and M.A (Hindi) from Ignou.
The eligibility depends on the post you are applying. For Post A to D you must have Master degree in Hindi with English as compulsory or elective or vice versa or Masters degree in any other subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi medium and English as compulsory certificate or vice versa and you must have two years experience in translating Hindi to English or vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking and must have recognized diploma or certificate in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa. For post E you need three years experience and recognized diploma or certificate along with Masters degree in Hindi or English. For Post F Bachelor's or Master's in Hindi or English with Hindi or English as compulsory or elective subject.
