Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC JHT notification 2024 on August 2, 2024 in online mode. The SSC JHT 2024 application form will be released along with the SSC JHT notification at ssc.gov.in. The Commission is expected to conduct the SSC JHT 2024 exam in October or November, 2024. The SSC JHT 2024 application form can be submitted on or before August 25, 2024. Candidates who meet the minimum SSC JHT 2024 eligibility criteria can apply for it online mode.
Latest: The Staff Selection Commission launched a new official website - ssc.gov.in; Candidates need to complete the One Time Registration on the new SSC website. They can also access the old web portal by using the link on the new website.

Candidates whose age is less than 30 years and who have a master's degree are eligible to apply for SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2024. Only candidates who qualify the paper 1 will be eligible to appear for paper 2 of SSC JHT 2024. The SSC JHT exam is tentatively scheduled to be held in October or November 2024. The SSC JHT exam is for Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator, Hindi Pradhyapak post for various Departments/ Organisations and Ministries of the Government of India.
SSC JHT 2024 exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission through two phases- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates who qualify for the SSC JHT 2024 exam will get a pay scale of level 6-8 ranging from Rs. 35400 to 151100. The SSC CHSL exam 2024 is held in two stages CBT and Descriptive. SSC JHT Eligibility Criteria 2024
Staff Selection Commission prescribes the SSC JHT 2024 eligibility criteria for all applicants wanting to appear for SSC Junior Hindi Translator Examination. SSC JHT eligibility criteria 2024 is prescribed by the SSC in its official notification, which will be released soon. SSC Junior Hindi Translator eligibility criteria mainly consist of age, education qualification and nationality.
SSC JHT Application Form 2024
SSC will release the SSC JHT 2024 application form on the official website on August 2, 2024 in online mode. Candidates must fill up the application form by August 25, 2024. The application form of SSC JHT 2024 will have to be filled out by the candidate in two parts - Part 1 and Part 2. Candidates will have to first register themselves in Part 1 by filling the basic details like their name, gender, date of birth, etc. In paper 2 they will have to upload scanned documents and pay the online application fee.
SSC JHT Exam Pattern 2024
The Staff Selection Commission prescribes the SSC JHT 2024 exam pattern and mentions it in the official notification. Candidates planning to prepare for the exam must refer to the detailed exam pattern. The exam pattern is of two stages - Paper 1 which is in CBT mode and Paper 2 is in descriptive test. Paper 1 has questions from - General Hindi and General English, while in Paper 2 candidates will have to write essays and do translation.

The commission prescribes the SSC JHT 2024 syllabus for both papers 1 and 2. SSC in the Junior Hindi Translator notification releases the syllabus for both papers 1 and 2 of the SSC JHT exam. SSC doesn't release the official question papers on its own, however, the unofficial SSC JHT 2024 question papers are released by various coaching institutions. SSC JHT Admit Card 2024
Staff Selection Commission will release the admit card for SSC JHT 2024 for both papers 1 & 2 in online mode on the official website. To download the SSC JHT 2024 admit card, candidates will have to use their details like registration number and date of birth.
SSC JHT admit card 2024 will be released region-wise and can download from the regional websites. The admit card will have to be carried along with a valid photo ID - Aadhar card, voter ID, driving license etc.
SSC JHT Exam Centre 2024

SSC JHT Exam Analysis 2024
The SSC JHT 2024 exam analysis will be provided soon after the exam so that the candidates get an idea about the overall and the sectional difficulty level of the entrance exam. SSC JHT Answer Key 2024

SSC releases SSC JHT 2024 cut off along with the result. The cut off marks are released in PDF format. SSC JHT cut off 2024 is released separately for all categories. The eligibility criteria for SSC JHT exam 2022 is as follows :
1. the candidate must not be over 30 years of age. 30 years is the maximum age limit.
II. The candidate must have the following educational qualifications :

see as per 2020 ssc jht notifications, below mentioned post are available for candidates through ssc jht;
A. Junior Translator in Central Secretariat Official
B. Junior Translator in M/o Railways (Railway Board

D. Junior Translator (JT)/Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)
E. Senior Hindi Translator in various Central
HOWEVER as per the notifications , this is not compulsory to have one english and one hindi in masters degree. candidates who has completed masters course in hindi with english as compulsory subject or have studied in english medium on degree level are eligible to apply. or candidates who has completed masters course in english with hindi as compulsory subject or have studied in hindi medium on degree level are eligible to apply.

The educational qualification depends on the Post code that you want to apply for. For Post codes A to D, you need to have Master's degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or you can also have a Master's degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject. For Post Code E, you need to recognised Diploma or certificate course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice versa. So you need to either study in English medium and have Hindi as a language or vice versa.

The eligibility depends on the post you are applying. For Post A to D you must have Master degree in Hindi with English as compulsory or elective or vice versa or Masters degree in any other subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi medium and English as compulsory certificate or vice versa and you must have two years experience in translating Hindi to English or vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking and must have recognized diploma or certificate in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa. For post E you need three years experience and recognized diploma or certificate along with Masters degree in Hindi or English. For Post F Bachelor's or Master's in Hindi or English with Hindi or English as compulsory or elective subject.
If you have required experience and have studied English subject you are eligible for it.
