REET 2026 Dress Code and Exam Day Guidelines

According to the BSER, the following are the REET exam dress code and exam day guidelines which must be followed by the candidates to appear for REET 2026.

  • Attire: Candidates are allowed to wear simple and comfortable clothing. Avoid any type of large buttons, brooch, and any other kind of accessories.

  • Footwear: Candidates are advised to wear open slippers or sandals as shoes are not allowed.

  • Prohibitory items: Any kind of electronic devices or gadgets (mobile phones, calculators, smart watches, bluetooth etc), books, papers, jewellery or any other material that could conceal communication devices will be prohibited into the exam hall.

  • Allowed items: A transparent water bottle and a simple wristwatch to keep track of time are permitted at the REET exam center 2026.

  • Any candidate found suspicious of having or carrying inhibited items, their candidature will be cancelled and will be debarred from the REET exam.
