    UPSSSC PET Selection Process 2023 - The Uttar Pradesh Commission will prescribe UPSSSC PET 2023 selection process in the official notification. The UPSSSC PET selection process 2023 will consist of prelims, mains, and interview/skill test (if required) or document verification.     UPSSSC PET Selection Criteria 2023 - Exam Pattern

    The UPSSSC preliminary eligibility test (PET) will be the first stage of the UPSSSC selection process 2023. The prelims test will be based most probably on the UPSSSC PET exam pattern in offline mode. The PET exam is qualifying in nature to appear in the UPSSSC mains exams for different posts. The UPSSSC PET selection 2023 will be based on the marks a candidate achieves out of 100 marks from the 100 questions given in the exam paper.

    The nature of the question paper is objective type with MCQs. Each question carries one mark with negative marking i.e. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer from the total score. The duration of the PET exam will be 2 hours i.e. 120 minutes. The questions in the prelims will be from 15 subjects as given in the UPSSSC PET syllabus.

    UPSSSC Selection Process 2023 - PET Syllabus

    The syllabus of the UPSSSC PET exam 2023 will be the most important part of the selection process to recruit candidates for multiple Group C vacancies. There will be 15 subjects from which 100 questions will be asked in the UPSSSC prelims paper. The 8 subjects will be part of General Studies which include Indian History & National Movement, geography, Indian economy, Indian Constitution & Public Administration, General Science, Current Affairs, and General Awareness. The UPSSSC PET 2023 question paper will also include questions from two languages i.e. General Hindi and General English. Other subjects are Logic & Reasoning, Hindi passages, graphs and tables.     UPSSSC Selection Process 2023 - Mains Exam

    All those who qualify PET exam will be eligible to sit in the second stage of the UPSSSC 2023 mains exam. The candidates who choose different posts of Group C posts, for example, "Rajaswa Lekhpal", have to fill up the application form for the mains exam of UPSSSC 2023. For this, the Commission will release notification for candidates who will get selected for the Preliminary Eligibility Test.     UPSSSC Selection Process 2023 for Lekhpal Post

    Candidates who will appear in the Lekhpal Rajaswa as a specialised category of the post have to be qualified in the first stage i.e. prelims (PET). It means that they can sit in the second stage of the UPSSSC selection process 2023 for the same post. The mains exam for the UP Lekhpal Rajaswa post will be conducted in online mode i.e. computer-based test (CBT). The mains exam of UP Lekhpal 2023 duration will be 90 minutes.
