Manipal Online M.Com Admissions
ApplyApply for Online M.Com from Manipal University
Hello,
Yes, a B.Tech in Civil Engineering passed candidate can apply for the LIC AAO (Assistant Administrative Officer) post, but only for the AAO (Generalist) category.
For AAO (Generalist), candidates from any stream or discipline are eligible as long as they have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. So yes, you are eligible.
But if you are looking for specialist posts like AAO (IT), AAO (Chartered Accountant), etc., then you need a specific qualification related to that field.
So, you can apply under the Generalist category.
Hope it helps !
LIC AAO EXAM NOTIFICATION is expected to be out in December 2025 tentatively.
In every lic exam, there is a gap of 3 yrs…if we consider last years pattern we can expect notification this year…
If the notification is released this month then you can expect exam in March-April month because there is always two months in between notification and pre exam date and also the mains exam will be conducted after two months of prelims exams which will happen in August.
If notification comes in right time then this schedule fits the exam otherwise you can use this pattern according to the month of notification.
Hope for the best :)
Hi.
The official cutoff of JEE Mains 2020 will be released long with the final results after the April Mains. The NTA will announce category wise cutoffs then. But you can still check your estimated rank using the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. So with this percentile, your estimated All India rank will be around 1,37,160. If the candidates appearing in April's JEE Mains increase, then your rank would increase too.
If you are of General or OBC category, you will not be able to get Information Technology in DTU or IIIT Delhi. You have chances though, if you are of SC/ST category.

All the best.
Yes you can get admission in Nitte Meenakshi College with your rank but it is difficult, considering that ECE branch is a decently in-demand course, and your rank is pretty decent. You can try through the vacancy rounds which will get you a better chance of getting admission there. And you must also try for other colleges as an option B. All the best!
Hello Jon Snow,
Hostel and Paying Guests are the 2 facilities a students gets during his university/academic life.
hostel and paying guest both have their own advantages and disadvantages, let me explain them:
Hostel:- Being in a hostel will be beneficial for the students because it will be inside the college campus and also it will be easier to be in the campus.but then comes the food, the food in the mess is not soo good and also in hostel you need to do all your work on your own.the benefit of hostel is only that it is inside the college campus and the cost may also be less than paying guest.
Paying Guest:- paying guest has its own benefits because you can have your own space there, food will be of your choice, hanging out with friends will be easier.but it will be expensive than hostel and it will be outside the college campus.
choice is yours.
hope this may help you,.
