WB SET Cut Off 2023: WBCSC will release the WB SET 2023 cutoff in online mode. WB SET cut off will be released for candidates on its official website - wbcsc.org.in. West Bengal College Service Commission will release the category wise WB SET cut off marks 2023 for each subject. The cut off WB SET 2023 is released along with the declaration of WB SET result. Candidates will be able to check WB SET cut off and qualifying status by using their login credentials. Candidates who score the marks equal to or more than the WB SET cut off marks 2023 will qualify the WBSET exam.

WB SET Cut off 2023 for Assistant Professor
The examination conducting authority shortlists top 6% candidates in each subject to prepare a merit list in order to select them for the post of Assistant Professor. The number of candidates to be qualified (total slots) for eligibility for Assistant Professor shall be equal to 6% of the candidates appeared in both the papers. WB SET 2023 - Minimum Qualifying Marks
The West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC) evaluates candidates performance on the basis of the predetermined cutoff scores. In order to qualify the exam, candidates must score minimum qualifying marks. The qualifying marks have to be scored out of a total 300 marks (paper I +II). The following table consists of minimum marks that are mandatory for candidates to score in order to qualify the exam.

Hello RajKumar,
There are two types of cut off for wbset exam . One is category cut off and other is aubject wise cut off. The category wise cut off for gen is 40% and sc/st/phw is 35%. The students who qualify both cut offs are qualified. The factors determining cut off are.
1. Number of vacancies
2. Exam difficulty.
3.Number of candidates appeared.
