The eligibility criteria will be prescribed along with the notification. Note -The educational qualification of the Ex-servicemen category candidates must be (except dependents of ex-servicemen)must be either graduation from a recognized University or must be matriculated or its equivalent examination.
The application form of RBI Assistant 2019 will be available online. Candidates will have to fill in various steps like registration, Uploading of photograph and signature, entering personal details, payment of application fee. The General and OBC candidates will have to pay Rs 450 for the application fee whereas SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen candidates will have to pay Rs. 50. Candidates will be eligibile to pay the application fee online through Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
RBI, the exam conducting authority will release the admit card for preliminary exam followed by mains exam. Candidates will have to download the admit card by entering roll number/registration number and date of the birth/password. Only those candidates whose application will be accepted by the commission will be issued admit card for preliminary exam. Shortlisted candidates preliminary exam will be issued admit card for the mains exam. RBI Assistant admit card 2019 will have details like the name of the student, enrollment number, time, centre code, other instructions etc.

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern 2019 – Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
Shortlisted candidates in the mains examination will be eligible to appear for the Language Proficiency Test. The LPT is conducted in the Official/Local language of the state concerned. It is essential for the candidates to qualify LPT for final selection.
The syllabus of RBI Assistant will be different for prelims and mains examination. The preliminary exam comprises three different section - English Language, Reasoning Ability and Numerical Ability. The question in RBI Assistant exam will be asked from three sections given above. The commission may release the question papers of Preliminary and mains exam after the exam. With the help of question papers, candidates can check the answers and can also practice for the exam. The exam conducting authority, RBI will release for prelims, mains and final selection. The result will be available online in pdf format. Candidates who will qualify in the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear for the mains exam. The selected candidates in the mains exam will be for final selection based on marks secured in mains exam, biometric verification and language proficiency test.
RBI will release the cut off of RBI Assistant 2019 in stages for preliminary, mains and final. Candidates will have to secure minimum qualifying marks to be eligibile for next round of selection. Those who will qualify the prelims cut off will be eligibile to appear for mains exam. Candidates securing the cut off released by RBI in the mains exam will be selected for the Language Proficiency Test (LPT). For RBI Assistant Exam, you need to be between 20 to 28 years of age pls should be a graduate in any discipline with 50% marks. For reserved categories (SC/ST/PWD candidates), they just need to pass graduation in any discipline. Knowledge of word processing on PC is required too.
Candidates applying for post in a particular recruiting office should be proficient in the language (to read, write, speak and understand the language) of the state/ any of the states falling under the recruiting office.

Time management: In prelim exam your target is to get more marks in less time as the questions are comparatively easy. If you are good at English you can score more in less time.
Balance speed and acccuracy- Reasoning is a very scoring section in which you get the best balance of speed and accuracy.
