IDBI Bank Executive 2025 - Notification (Released), Exam Dates, Application, Eligibility, Syllabus & Pattern

IDBI bank released the result of IDBI Executive Recruitment in online mode. The merit list or result of IDBI Executive Recruitment for online test will be released first and then the final merit list will be available for the selected candidates. The result of IDBI Executive Recruitment will likely to be available online in pdf format and will include application number and full name of the candidate.

Industrial Development Bank of India prescribed the eligibility criteria for IDBI Executive Recruitment. Candidates will have to fulfill all the criteria in order to fill the application form and appear for the exam. IDBI Executive Recruitment Eligibility Criteria - Nationality

• Candidates applying for the exam must be a citizen of Indian or a subject Bhutan, Nepal or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Burma, Sri-Lanka, Pakistan, or from countries of East-Africa like Kenya, Zambia, Zaire, Vietnam, and Ethiopia with the intention of settling permanently in India. Also, they must have a certificate of eligibility that should be issued by the Government of India.

• Candidates applying for IDBI Executive Recruitment exam must be between 20 to 25 years of age. However, candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST will get upper age relaxation.

IDBI Executive Recruitment Eligibility Criteria - Educational Qualifications

• Candidates who have completed their graduation with at least 60% or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university/institute or those who are in their final year of graduation can also apply for IDBI Executive Recruitment

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria of IDBI Executive Recruitment can fill up the application form in online mode from November 7 to 16, 2024 on the official website. While filling the application form, candidates must be careful as any wrong information might lead to the cancellation of candidature. The application form of IDBI Executive Recruitment includes registration, filling up of important details, uploading of photograph and signature, preview and payment of application fee. • Registration:

Candidates will have to fill all the basic details such as name, email ID and contact number. A provisional registration number and password will be generated and the same will also be sent via SMS or mail. 

• Filling up of important details:

After registration, candidates will have to enter their personal details like father’s name, mother’s name, educational details and address. Save all the details and also check for mistakes (if found any)

• Uploading photograph and signature 

In this step, candidates have to upload their scanned photograph and signature in the two different links provided on the login page as per the prescribed specifications.

Instructions to upload photograph 

The dimension of the photograph should be 200x230 pixels

The size of the scanned photograph must be between 20kb to 50kb

The photograph must be taken against a light-coloured, preferably white background

In case the candidate is using flash or wearing glasses, ensure that there is no red-eye, no reflection and the eyes should be clearly visible

Instructions to upload signature

The size should not be more than 10 to 20kb

The dimension of the signature must be 140 x 60 pixels

Candidates have to sign on a white paper with the black pen

• Candidates are advised that after filling up all the details in the application form of IDBI Executive Recruitment, candidates must go through the form to check if there is any error or not. Once the form has been submitted no changes can be made later.

• To complete the application process, candidates have to pay application fee of  IDBI Executive Recruitment in online mode. The payment can be made by using debit card (rupay/visa/mastercard/maestro), credit card, internet banking, imps, cash card/mobile wallets.

• After completing and finally submitting IDBI Executive Recruitment application form, candidates must save and take a printout of the application form and e-receipt of the online payment.

IDBI Executive Recruitment pre-exam training (PET)

Pre-exam training will be arranged by the Bank to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes and OBC for six days before the conduction of online test. Interested candidates will have to opt for pre-exam training while filling the application form only. Candidates will have to download the PET admit card from the official website. The date, time and venue will be informed through the admit card released for pre-examination training. 

IDBI Executive Recruitment Exam Pattern

IDBI Executive Recruitment’s exam pattern will help the candidates to get the overall idea about the time duration, the number of subjects, marking scheme and marks allotted. The exam pattern of IDBI Executive Recruitment exam will be prescribed by the exam conducting body. The online test consists of three sections - Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and English Language having 50 questions in each section. The exam will carry 150 marks and for each wrong answer, 0.25 of marks will be deducted. IDBI Executive Recruitment exam will be conducted for 90 minutes. Exam Pattern of IDBI Executive Recruitment

IDBI released the IDBI Executive Recruitment admit card in online mode on the official website. The admit card for the online test, documents verification and the pre-recruitment medical test will be released separately. Candidates who have successfully paid the application fee and submitted the IDBI Executive Recruitment application form will only be able to download the admit card. 

They can download the IDBI Executive Recruitment admit card from the official website by entering their login credentials. The admit card will likely to contain details like name, roll number, category, time of the exam, photograph and signature and address of exam centre. 

Documents required to carried during documents verification and pre-recruitment medical test (original and photocopy)

• Photo identity card: Pan card, driving license, passport, voter ID card, aadhaar card

• Print of online call letter

• Class 10th, 12th and graduation certificate 

• Work experience certificate (If any)

• Caste certificate (if any)

The selection procedure of IDBI Executive Recruitment comprises of three stages. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the application form. All the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the online test which is the first stage of the selection procedure. Candidates qualifying online test will have to undergo documents verification and pre-recruitment medical test. 

Candidates are required to bring the required documents (call-letter, receipt of payment, application form, certificates of class 10th, 12th, graduation or any other degree certificates, caste certificate and work-experience certificate (if required)). Candidates who will not be able to provide any of the above documents during document verification will not be selected for the pre-recruitment medical test.
