The RRB exam conducting body holds different exams for different posts like Office Assistant, Officer Scale I and Officer Scale-II, and Scale III.
There are three levels of the recruitment process: prelims, mains, and interview Office Scale I. However, there will be no interview round for the post of office assistant and Officer Scale-II and Scale III has only one paper and interview.

The language of the question paper will be in English and Hindi
Total marks allotted to the prelims exam is 80 for which 45 minutes are allotted to the candidates.

Questions in the prelims exam are asked from Reasoning Ability and Numerical Ability
In the mains exam, questions are asked from Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, English/Hindi Language and Computer Knowledge.
1/4th marks will be deducted for every wrong attempt.

So, there are two posts for IBPS RRB pro exam, and their eligibility criteria according to IBPS RRB 2023 are:
Post Age Limit
1. Officer Scale-I(Assistant Manager) Minimum age-18 years Maximum age-30 years
2. Officer Assistant (Multipurpose) Minimum age-18 years Maximum age-28 years
So according to your year of birth , you don't have an age limit for IBPS RRB pro exam.
Absolutely yes, you can give RRB PO exam in Hindi language as well. While filling the form you will have to select your language as Hindi. Also there is quite difference in Hindi and English paper, hence to be on a safer side you should check the last year question paper as well of both the subjects while preparing for the exam

To be eligible, candidates must hold a college or university degree in any discipline. Students who are in their final year of study are ineligible to participate in the recruitment process. Applicants must demonstrate competency in the state's/official UT's language, which means they must be fluent in the language.
