According to the SBI PO mains exam pattern, candidates were tested these sections - Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis and Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, and English Language.
All the other sections, except the English Language, were available in both English and Hindi. Negative marking of -1/4th marks was applied on each incorrect answer. The mains exam was divided into two parts – Objective Test and Descriptive Test. The objective test online had 155 questions, which were needed to be answered in 180 minutes.

The sets of Analytical Reasoning were moderate and lengthy. Level of difficulty of this section was moderate to difficult. There were no questions from Computer Aptitude and there were no questions of syllogism.

The DI sets were calculation based and time-consuming. The overall difficulty level of this section was moderate to difficult.
SBI PO Exam Analysis (Mains) - General/Economy/Banking Awareness:
The overall difficulty level of this section was easy to moderate. Most of the questions were from Government Schemes, Banking Awareness, Financial Awareness, Static GK and Current Affairs of the last 3-4 months. Current Affairs dominated the section.
SBI PO 2018 Exam Analysis (Mains) - English Language:
Reading Comprehension (Some lines were given in bold in every paragraph. The candidate was asked to choose from the given options the correct choice that could replace the sentence in bold.
Fill in the blanks (3 blanks, 5 options given)
Spot the error (A sentence, divided into 5 sections, was given. The candidate has to find the erroneous part and replace that with an options from the given answer choices.)
Cloze Test (Identify the correct phrases to be filled in the given blanks)

SBI PO Exam Analysis (Mains)- Descriptive Test was a descriptive online test consisting of two writing tasks (Essay & Letter), which had to be completed in 30 minutes.

You are eligible for SBI PO exams only if you clear your subjects as there should not be any backlogs and you should complete them during your graduation if you want to apply for these exams . You need to have a degree to apply . However 4th year students are eligible to apply for SBI PO exams .

Rama, for being eligible for SBI PO, you need to be between 21 to 30 years . There is an age relaxation for Reserved Categories. If you are 20 years, you should turn 21 at least by April 1st, 2020. If you do not turn 21 by 1st April 2020, you might not be eligible for SBI PO.
But for IBPS PO, the minimum age limit is 20 years and so you qualify for appearing for IBPS exam. Regarding you studying our Final year graduation, Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline are eligible for both SBI PO and IBPS PO. And those who are appearing for their final year exams are also eligible. But their recruitment is subjective to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria required.
In short, you have to wait for SBI PO until next year but can appear for IBPS PO this year.
