Stages of RRB Chennai JE Result 2026
The Railway Recruitment Board will release the result of RRB Chennai JE 2026 in four stages, as mentioned below.

RRB Chennai JE Result 2026 of CBT 1
The RRB JE CBT 1 comprises 100 questions of one mark each. There is a negative marking of one-third mark for every wrong answer. RRB JE CBT 1 result will be released on the basis of normalised marks. Candidates who qualify for CBT 1 are called for CBT 2 later.
RRB Chennai JE Result 2026 of CBT 2
After the conclusion of CBT 1 exam, qualified candidates are called for the CBT 2. The RRB JE CBT 2 comprises 150 questions of one mark each. The result of CBT 2 is released on the basis of normalised marks scored by the candidate. Candidates who qualify the CBT 2 are called for document verification and medical test.
RRB Chennai JE 2026 Final Result
The RRB JE document verification and medical test are qualifying in nature. The final merit list is released on the basis of normalised marks in CBT 2. Candidates who score marks equal to or more than the cut off marks are recruited as Junior Engineers in Indian Railways.
