Hi i have done my bsc in information science and telecommunication and MBA in Business Analytics. I am eligible for IBPS SO IT or HT

Harshita Sharan Srivastava Student Expert 27th Aug, 2019
Hello aspirant,

You are not eligible for ibps so it as you don't have an engineering degree in electronics and telecommunication. A 3 year graduate degree in the same won't help. Also you don't have your pg in the required field. Candidates willing to apply for the above-mentioned posts must have the graduate degree or post-graduate degree in the relevant field. The aspirants must have completed graduation or post-graduation in the IT related fields. For the IT officer candidate should have a qualification in one of the following field:

4-year Engineering Degree in:

  • Computer Science
  • Computer Applications
  • Information Technology
  • Electronics
  • Electronics & Telecommunications
  • Electronics & Communication
  • Electronics & Instrumentation

OR

Post-Graduate Degreein:

  • Electronics
  • Electronics & Telecommunications
  • Electronics & Communication
  • Electronics & Instrumentation
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology

  • Computer Applications

Or Graduate having passed DOEACC B level.

All the best..
