The IB ACIO 2025 application is to be filled online. An amount of Rs. 100 should be paid as the examination fee and Rs. 500 will be issued as recruitment processing charge. It is mandatory for male candidates who fall under the General, EWS, and OBC categories to cover both the exam cost and the recruiting processing fees. Recruitment processing fees are a requirement for all female, ExSM, and SC/ST candidates.

Officers in the parent cadre or department who are regularly eligible to hold equivalent positions in the Central Police Organizations, State Police Organizations, or Defense Forces.

IB ACIO admit cards for registered candidates would be released by MHA in its official website, around one week before the exam date. Details such as the allotted examination city, reporting time etc., would be mentioned in the IB ACIO admit card. Date for release of the IB ACIO admit card will be notified later.
IB ACIO 2025 syllabus covered for Tier I and II varies and includes different topics. The IB ACIO Exam has an age limit of 18 to 27 years old. A relaxation of the maximum age limit is granted to specific restricted categories, including ex-servicemen, OBC, SC, and ST.
IB ACIO is a national level exam that assesses and selects candidates for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer positions through Tier I, II, and Interview stages for selection.
IB ACIO exam is conducted once annually.
IB ACIO Exam is usually conducted in January-February.
In Tier I, a score of 35, 34 and 33 are recommended for General, OBC/EBC and SC/ST respectively. For Tier II, the prescribed score to ensure selection is 33.

Basically the whole process of recruitment contains three stages first one is
1.Tier-1 is of objective nature and the questions of each section are more or less of same level as asked in SSC examinations. It consists of 5 sections which includes maths, reasoning, english, general knowledge and general studies.
2.TIER-2 CONTAINS descriptive writing and precis writing. generally Essay topics are related to current affairs, internal security, external security etc.
3.final stage is of personal interview here any questions can be asked related to your academic background your native place, general knowledge and current affairs specially relayed to internal security.

The main eligibility criteria for IB ACIO intelligence bureau Assistant Central intelligence officer is Candidate should be graduate and have a basic knowledge in computer. Cadet should have the eyesight 6 by 6 or 6/9 capacity. I should be 165 CM 5 cm is taxable for the ST candidate s in physical status status eyesight and height is counted there is no search obstacles for the specific type of physical ailment candidate. But the candidate has to produce a normal medical certificate of good health from a registered practitioner doctor the rank of Gazetted officer working in a government hospital. All the posts of this category is under the ministry of home affairs Government of India.
