RBI Grade B Eligibility Criteria 2023 - Nationality
As per the RBI Officer Grade B notification 2023, any candidate who is a Indian citizen or meets any one of the eligibility criteria mentioned in the five points below can apply for the RBI Grade B 2023 examination.
Citizen of India or
A subject of Nepal or
A subject of Bhutan or
People of Indian origin who migrated to permanently settle in India from Zaire, Ethiopia, East African Countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Uganda, Burma, Pakistan, Zambia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam or
Tibetan refugees came to India before January 1, 1962, to permanently settle in India.
Note: Applicants meeting any one of the five points mentioned above with a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India can fill the RBI Grade B application form 2023.

RBI Grade B Eligibility Criteria 2023 - Attempts
Reserve Bank of India also mentions the minimum number of attempts that a candidate belonging to a particular category can appear for in the RBI Grade B exam. As per the RBI Grade B exam eligibility, applicants belonging to the general category are given a minimum of six attempts. Whereas reserved category candidates can appear for the RBI Grade B 2023 exam till they meet the upper age limit criteria of the exam.

The Reserve Bank of India has released the RBI Officer Grade B application form 2023 on May 09, 2023. Applicants who meet the RBI Grade B eligibility criteria 2023 are eligible to apply online for the RBI Officer Grade B 2023 exam at the official RBI website. The RBI Grade B application form 2023 fee is Rs 850 for General and OBC category and Rs 100 SC/ ST/ PwD and NIL for RBI staff applicants. The RBI application form should be filled carefully as there is no option to edit the RBI Grade B form after it is submitted successfully. On successful RBI Grade B registration 2023, aspirants will receive a confirmation message regarding the same on their registered email ID or mobile number.

The eligibility criteria, educational qualifications is that candidate should have passed graduation in any discipline /Equivalent technical or professional qualification with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants).

in case of RBI Grade B Offficer DEPR the eligibility criteria is passed Master's Degree in Economics / Integrated Economics/Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Course/ Finance securing 55% aggregate or passed PGDM/ MBA Finance with at least 55% aggregate,
