The result of the preliminary stage is released a few days after the exam is conducted. The result is released on the official website in PDF format and consists of the roll number of all qualified candidates as well as their name. Only those candidates who qualify the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear in the mains exam.
Candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear in the mains exam. The mains exam is conducted for a couple of days. After qualifying the mains exam aspirants will be eligible to appear for the final stage which is the Interview/Personality test. The final UPSC Combined Geoscientist Result will be declared on the basis of candidate's performance in the mains exam as well as the interview stage.
After the final result of UPSC Combined Geo Scientist 2021 is declared, aspirants will be recruited at the vacant positions as per the UPSC Combined Geo Scientist notification.
