RRB Mumbai has announced a total of 4625 vacancies for the recruitment of candidates for Group D posts. The Board is likely to conduct PET stage from March 27, 2019 onwards. The first stage exam of RRB Group D was conducted from September 17 to December 17, 2018. RRB Group D exam for CBT contains questions related to Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science and General Awareness on Current Affairs.

The minimum qualifying mark is determined by the examination authority to shortlist the candidates. Candidates must score equal to or more than the minimum qualifying marks in order to pass the exam. The minimum qualifying marks are determined by taking the category of the candidates into consideration. Candidates belonging to the general category must score more than or equal to 40% while reserved category candidates must score 30% or more in order to qualify.

The exam authority has released the cut off of CBT along with RRB Group D result 2018. As per RRB Group D cut off 2018, candidates who have obtained equal to or more than the cut off marks are eligible to appear for PET stage of the exam.
RRB Mumbai will prepare RRB Mumbai group D cut off 2018 for PET after the second stage exam is conducted. The cut off for this stage will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the first stage. Based on the marks scored in PET, candidates will be called for Document Verification.
On the basis of CBT and PET, the exam authority will determine the final allotment cut off. Only those candidates will be selected for the final allotment those who clear the medical fitness test and final verification of the prescribed documents.

NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET), is the national level entrance exam conducted every year by one of the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) for taking admissions on merit basis to Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme.
