The CBT is the first stage of the exam, to qualify the computer-based test candidates will have to score equal to or more than the RRB Bangalore Group D 2020 cut off. Candidates who qualify the CBT as per the cut off of RRB Bangalore Group D 2020, will be selected to appear for PET stage.
This is the second stage of the exam. In the PET (Physical Efficiency Test) candidates will have to perform various physical tests like running and lifting heavy equipment. On their performance in PET, they will be called for Document Verification (DV).

The final cut off will be determined on the basis of CBT, PET, DV and medical. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of the final cut off. Candidates will be allotted to the different posts based on RRB Bangalore Group D Cut off 2020 for final allotment. While creating the merit list, RRB will process a tie-breaking procedure according to which if two candidates score the same rank, the candidate who is older in age will be placed higher in rank as compared to the one who is younger.

See RRB in general have a generalized pattern among all of it examinations. So if you prepare for RPF SI it would be more helpful for you to clear RRB Group D. I would recommend you to target the examination which is a level harder than what you target and believe me this increases the possibility.

RRB/ RRC Group-D 2020 examinations will begin from 15th December 2020.
Nationality
A candidate must be either:
(A) A citizen of India, or
(B) A subject of Nepal, or
(C) A subject of Bhutan, or
(D) Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(E) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Age Limit
Candidates should be between 18 to 33 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is given to candidates belonging to reserved categories
RRB Educational Qualification:
The railway board has set a minimum level of education qualification that a candidate must possess in order to appear for the RRB Group D level 1 examination.
A candidate who wishes to appear for Group D Railway exam must have:

RRB Medical Standards:
Like educational qualification, the railway board has prescribed the RRB Group D medical requisites in the notification. Candidates who are called for DV – document verification have to pass the required medical fitness test(s) conducted by the Railway Administration.
