RRB Group D Mock Test 2018 – The mock test of RRB Group D is available now. All candidates who will appear for the exam can access RRB Group D mock test by logging with their user ID and password. RRB mock test was earlier scheduled to be released on September 10 as per official notice, however, it was not.RRB Group D mock test 2018 helps candidates to know the format of the exam, marking scheme and types of questions that candidates must expect in the exam. It is important for candidates to attempt RRB Group D mock test to gain familiarity with the online examination process. The mock test carries a total 100 objective type multiple choice questions. The duration of the test is 90 minutes. Candidates can attempt RRB Group mock test in 15 languages. The Computer Based Test (CBT) of RRB Group Dis scheduled to be conducted from September 17, 2018. The step by step guide explaining the procedure of attempting the mock test of RRB Group D along with representation is given below.
Step 1: Click on ‘RRB Group D mock test’ provided here
Step 2: To begin with the test, candidates have to login with their user ID and password. The image of login screen of RRB Group D mock test is given below.
Step 3: Once candidates login, a page containing the instructions is displayed on the screen. Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully before proceeding to the next page.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Next’ button to move to the next page.
Step 5: The next page displays the pattern of the test.
Step 6: Candidates have to tick the check box to agree the terms and conditions before beginning with the test.
Step 7: After this, the questions is displayed on the screen.
Step 8: Candidates can start attempting the questions.
The countdown timer is set at the top right corner of the screen. This displays the time available for candidates to complete the examination.
The question palette is displayed on the right hand side of the screen. This shows the status of each question in different colours and symbols.
Click on the ‘>’ arrow which appears to the left of question palette to maximise the question window. To view the question palette, you can click on ‘<’ that appears on the right side of question window.
Click on ‘Profile’ image on top right corner of the screen to change the language during exam. A drop down appears once candidates click on profile image through which they can change the language.
Click on ‘down arrow’ to navigate at the bottom and ‘up arrow’ to go up without scrolling.
Click on the question number in the question palette at the right side of screen to go to the question directly.
Click on save & next to save answer for the current question and then go to the next question.
Click on Mark for Review and Next to save answer, mark it for review and then go to the next question.
To select your answer, click on the button of one of the options
To deselect answer, click on ‘Clear Response’ button
To change answer, click on the button of another option
Click Save and Next to save the answer
click on the Mark for Review & Next button to mark a particular answer for review
Sections are displayed at the top of the screen.
Questions in a section can be viewed by clicking the name of section name.
Candidates can view the question paper in any of the 15 languages. The instructions and questions will be displayed in the language chosen by candidates from the drop down language list. Candidates have the option to change the language of question paper during the exam.
The scheme of RRB Group D is given below for candidates.
Duration of CBT: Time allotted for the test is 90 minutes. However, PWD candidates is given 30 minutes extra time to complete their exam.
Number of Questions: The test comprises four sections – Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science, General awareness and Current Affairs. There are total 100 questions.
Section-wise marks: The CBT of RRB ALP carries 100 marks. Mathematics section carries 25 marks while 30 marks have been allotted for General Intelligence and Reasoning section. General Science and General awareness and Current Affairs carries 25 and 20 marks respectively.
Types of questions: The online test booklet carries Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
Negative Marking: 1/3rd marks is deducted for every wrong answer.
