RRB will release result along with the RRB Group D cut on the respective regional websites. RRB Group D result is published in PDF format and contains the roll number of all the qualified candidates from the exam. The result will be declared after the exam is conducted. Candidates shortlisted in the CBT will be called to appear for the PET, which is qualifying in nature and carries zero marks. However, candidates will have to complete the tasks given to them. Post clearing the PET, they will be called for document verification and medical test after the final merit list will be prepared and candidates will be recruited to the vacant positions.

Yes qualifying marks are different and it is mentioned in the information brochure of RRB Group D. Candidates will have to score the minimum qualifying marks along with the cut-off. To qualify the exam, you will have to secure both qualifying as well as the minimum RRB Chandigarh Group D Cut off 2020.
RRB normalises the marks obtained by candidates, as the exam is conducted in multiple shifts and the difference in the difficulty of each shift. This brings equality among the marks.

See RRB in general have a generalized pattern among all of it examinations. So if you prepare for RPF SI it would be more helpful for you to clear RRB Group D. I would recommend you to target the examination which is a level harder than what you target and believe me this increases the possibility.

Nationality
A candidate must be either:
(A) A citizen of India, or
(B) A subject of Nepal, or
(C) A subject of Bhutan, or
(D) Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(E) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that the Government of India had issued eligibility certificate to candidates belonging to (b), (c), (d), and (e)
Age Limit
Candidates should be between 18 to 33 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is given to candidates belonging to reserved categories
RRB Educational Qualification:
The railway board has set a minimum level of education qualification that a candidate must possess in order to appear for the RRB Group D level 1 examination.

RRB Medical Standards:
