Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission will release the TNPSC Group 4 2026 notification on October 6, 2026 on the official website - tnpsc.gov.in. Candiates can also access the TNPSC Group 2 application form 2026 on the same day. The RNPSC Group 4 exam 2026 is scheduled to be conducted on December 20, 2026.

The selection process of TNPSC Group 4 comprises a written exam and document verification. Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) conducts Combined Civil Services Examination - 4 (Group-IV) to select candidates for various posts.
The candidates will be commissioned in Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service, Tamil Nadu Judicial Ministerial Service, Tamil Nadu Survey and Land Records Subordinate Service and Tamil Nadu Secretariat Service. Educational Qualification - Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination. Those who have not passed SSLC examination or its equivalent are not eligible.

Tamil Nadu Public Services Commission will release the TNPSC Group 4 application form 2026 on the official website. Step 1: Visit the official website of TNPSC.
Step 2: One-time registration is mandatory before applying for any post.
Step 3: Candidates will have to register by paying Rs 150. One time registration is valid for 5 years from the date of registration.
Step 4: For TNPSC Group 4 registration 2026, candidates must have scanned images of photograph, certificates and signature.

According to the exam pattern of TNPSC Group 4, the written exam comprises three sections – General Studies, Aptitude Test and General Tamil/General English. The question booklet will carry total 200 questions. Maximum marks allotted for the test is 300. Candidates will be given 3 hours to answer the questions. There will be two types of question paper sets.
Type 1 comprises General Studies, Aptitude Test and General English. Type 2 consists of General Studies, Aptitude Test and General Tamil. Candidates are given option to choose either General English/General Hindi. The questions on General Studies are set in English and Tamil. Question paper of General Tamil/ General English will be in respective languages.

The hall ticket of TNPSC Group 4 is released in online mode on the official website. TNPSC Group 4 hall ticket 2026 can be downloaded by logging with their application ID and date of birth. The examination authority will not send the hard copy of TNPSC hall ticket 2026 by post. The admit card is issued to candidates who successfully register for the exam.
Candidates can download their admit card till the day of their exam. The hall ticket carries information like candidate’s name, roll number, registration number, date of birth, photograph, signature, date, time, city etc. In case of any error in TNPSC Group 4 hall ticket/admit card, candidates should contact the examination officials for correction.
The Commission declares the TNPSC Group 4 result 2026 on the official website. TNPSC Group 4 2026 result is available in the form of marks and ranks secured by the candidates. To check the result, candidates have to login with their registration number.
TNPSC Group 4 result displays the registration number, gender, marks, category and overall rank. On the basis of the marks secured in written exam, candidates will be selected for document verification and counselling. The marks of TNPSC Group 4 are valid for one year.
The cut off of TNPSC Group 4 is the minimum qualifying marks that the candidate must secure to be eligible for the next round of selection process. Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) releases the minimum qualifying marks for written exam. The qualifying cut off prescribed for written exam is 90 across all categories.

No you can't give the exam it will need a bachelor degree to give the same exam . The required education qualification for the TSPSC Group 4 Exam is a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university or board.

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission ( tnpsc ) is exam conducted by Tamilnadu government for admitting people in various governemnt posts.
the minimum age to appear for TNPSC is 18 years while the maximum age is 30 years.
since you are born on 9th of march 2005 , you are below the age of 18 right now and hence ineligible to appear for the exam .
