Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Taxes) | Degree from a recognized university. Preference order: (i) Commerce and Law degree with Diploma in Taxation Laws, (ii) Commerce and Law degree, (iii) Commerce or Law degree with Diploma in Taxation Laws, (iv) Commerce or Law degree. |
Assistant Director of Rural Development | Degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates possessing a Post Graduate Degree in Rural Services from Gandhigram Rural Institute, a Degree/Diploma in Extension, or a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Sociology. |
District Employment Officer | Degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to graduates in Economics, Education, Sociology, Statistics, Psychology, and candidates with a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science and experience in labour welfare or personnel management. |

No you can't give the exam it will need a bachelor degree to give the same exam . The required education qualification for the TSPSC Group 4 Exam is a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university or board.
