RPF Admit Card 2018 - Ministry of Railways has released the admit card for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) of Group A on February 27. The admit card for Group F of RPF SI was issued on February 6 while the hall ticket of Group E has been issued on February 7, 2019. Candidates can download the admit card by entering registration number and date of birth. However, the admit card of other groups will be available soon. RPF admit card 2018 has been issued to the candidates who have qualified the Computer-based examination. Details like candidate's name, roll number, date of birth, exam centre, time and date of exam are mentioned in the admit card. On the day of exam, candidates will have to carry at least one photo-identity proof along with RPF admit card. The PET, PMT and DV will be held in last week of February. 

RPF Admit Card 2018

The admit card of RPF Constable and SI for CBT was made available 10 days prior to the date of each exam day. For example, RPF admit card/hall ticket 2018 for candidates whose exam was scheduled to be conducted on January 9, 2019 was released on December 30, 2018. While the admit card for exam conducted on January 10 was issued from December 31, 2018.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the admit card/ call letter.

  • Enter required login credentials like registration number and date of birth

  • Click on ‘Submit’ button after entering details

  • The admit card appears on the screen

  • Download and take its printout

What to do if there are any discrepancies in RPF admit card 2018?

For any discrepancies like a spelling mistake in the name, father’s and mother’s name, date of birth, a photograph is not clear, candidates should immediately contact the exam conducting authority. 

What documents to carry along with RPF admit card 2018?

Candidates have to carry at least one photo identity proof in original along with RPF call letter.

  • Voter Card

  • Aadhaar Card

  • printout of e-Aadhaar

  • Passport

  • Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a government employee

  • School / College / University Photo ID card

  • One colour photograph similar to the one uploaded during registration 

Biometric Verification

Candidate’s signature and biometric thumb impression have to be obtained as a proof for appearing in the CBT. Candidates should take note of the following points.

  •  The fingers should not be coated with ink, mehendi etc.

  • Ensure to wash and dry fingers if it is dirty or dusty.

  • Fingers of both the hands should be dry.

  • Notify the concerned authority if the right thumb is injured or damaged. 

Instructions for SC/ST candidates

SC/ST candidates who have provided details of their category for availing the benefits of free travel, RPF 2018 admit card contains the details of the same. Such candidates can book their tickets on submission of the self-attested photocopy of RPF admit card and SC/ST certificate. They should carry in original SC/ST certificate and one identity proof.

  • Book, paper, calculator, mobile phones or any electronic gadgets are not allowed inside the examination hall.

  • No candidates are allowed to leave the hall before the exam is over.

  • Candidates found copying or cheating is debarred from appearing in the exam.

  • Candidates should leave the spaces provided in the downloaded RPF admit card for writing self-declaration paragraph, signature and Left Thumb Impression (LTI). These have to be signed in front of an invigilator.

FAQs regarding RPF Admit Card 2018

Ques: What if I cannot download my admit card?

Ans: Due to heavy traffic the server might be slow, candidates should not panic rather try with an interval of 5 minutes or at night.

Ques: What if I forget my password while downloading RPF 2018 admit card?

Ans: Candidates can retrieve their password by clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ tab. A link has been sent to the candidate’s registered email id. Candidates have to click that link and enter the required details to create the new password. 

Ques: When will I receive my RPF admit card 2018?

Ans: The admit cards for all the stages is released 10 days prior to the examination.

Ques: Will I receive my admit card through post?

Ans: The admit card is available online only. The examination authority does not sent RPF admit card through post.

Ques: Do I have to paste photograph on the admit card?

Ans: Candidates have to carry one photograph along with RPF 2018 admit card. If the officials ask then they have to paste on the admit card.

RPF Exam Pattern 2018 

RPF recruitment is conducted in online Computer Based Mode. There are 120 questions in the test booklet as per RPF exam pattern. Candidates are given 90 minutes to answer those questions. Total marks allotted for the test is 120. Questions are asked from General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning.
