What Is the In-hand salary of RBI Assistant 2026

After getting recruited for the vacant posts, candidates will get the monthly in-hand salary of approximately Rs. 45,050. The monthly RBI Assistant 2026 salary will increase after increments and promotions.

RBI Assistant 2026 Salary Structure

The pay scale of RBI Assistant as per the 7th pay commission is mentioned below -

The basic pay will be Rs 20,700 per month in the scale of Rs. 20,700 – 1200 (3) – 24300 – 1440 (4) - 30060 – 1920 (6) – 41580 – 2080 (2) – 45740 – 2370 (3) – 52850 – 2850 – 55700 (20 years) and other allowances, viz. Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance etc.. The initial basic pay is Rs 20,700 per month & initial monthly Gross emoluments for RBI Assistants is approximately Rs 45,050 at present. House Rent Allowance (HRA) of 15% of Pay will be paid to RBI Assistants additionally, if they are residing in Bank's accommodation.
