RBI Assistant 2023 Salary Structure

The pay scale of RBI Assistant as per the 7th pay commission is mentioned below -

The basic pay will be Rs 20,700/- per month in the scale of ₹ 20700 – 1200 (3) – 24300 – 1440 (4) - 30060 – 1920 (6) – 41580 – 2080 (2) – 45740 – 2370 (3) – 52850 – 2850 – 55700 (20 years) and other allowances, viz. Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance etc.. The initial basic pay is Rs 20,700/- per month & initial monthly Gross emoluments for RBI Assistants is approximately Rs 45,050/- at present. House Rent Allowance (HRA) of 15% of Pay will be paid to RBI Assistants additionally, if they are residing in Bank's accommodation.

To be eligible for RBI Assistant the candidate must be of 20 years to 28 years age, not less than 20 years and not more than 28 years, however some gae relaxations are given to reserved categories:

For SC/ST- 5 years age relaxation

For OBC- 3 years age relaxation

For PWD- 10 years age relaxation

For candidate domiciled in the state of Jammu and Kashmir between 1st January, 1980 to 31st December, 1989- 5 years age relaxation

RBI Assistant exam is conducted every year by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to recruit eligible candidates for different sub-offices and branches of the bank.

Candidates age must be between 20 and 28 years,for sc it is 33 and for obc category of it is 31 years.

To appear for RBI Assistant Examination you should have completed your graduation degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

This is the basic educational eligibility criteria but candidates who are in the final semester/year of the graduation can also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for an interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the Graduation Examination on or before the date of release of RBI Assistant Notification.

Whenever the notification will come check the date which is mentioned to produce graduation certificate.
