What Is the In-hand salary of RBI Assistant 2026

After getting recruited for the vacant posts, candidates will get the monthly in-hand salary of approximately Rs. 45,050. The monthly RBI Assistant 2026 salary will increase after increments and promotions.

RBI Assistant 2026 Salary Structure

The pay scale of RBI Assistant as per the 7th pay commission is mentioned below -

The basic pay will be Rs 20,700 per month in the scale of Rs 29,000–1700 (3) – 34100 – 2040 (4) - 42260 – 2720 (6) – 58580 – 2950 (2) – 64480 – 3370 (3) – 74590 – 4050 (1) – 78640 and other allowances, as admissible from time to time. At present, initial Monthly Gross Emoluments (without HRA) for Assistant will be approximately ₹58,514/-., House Rent Allowance (HRA) of 15% of Pay will be paid to RBI Assistants additionally, if they are residing in Bank's accommodation.

** House Rent Allowance of 15% of Pay will be paid to them, additionally, if they are not staying in Bank’s accommodation.

Along with the salary of RBI Assistant 2026, candidates will also be eligible for various perks and allowances. The perks and allowances provided to an RBI Assistant includes -
