Those who have an RRB account and have forgotten where their RRB NTPC roll number is can go through the steps below -
Go to your RRB website – rrbapply.gov.in.
On the homepage, click on ‘login’.
Click ‘Login with Aadhar’.
Candidates have to enter their phone number linked with an Aadhar card and generate the ‘Aadhar OTP’.
Click on ‘I am not a robot’ and log in.
Once logged in, go to the ‘Application History’.
Over there, candidates can find their roll number / registration number.

What if a candidate has forgotten their RRB NTPC Password?
If a candidate needs help logging in using their RRB credentials, and they have forgotten their password, the board has provided an option to reset their RRB NTPC password. Check the steps given below -
On the login page, click on ‘Forgot password’.
The candidate will be asked to enter the registration number and a CAPTCHA. They might also be asked to enter their date of birth.
The RRB NTPC password reset link will be sent to the candidate’s email.
Candidates can then reset their password and login successfully.
