CDS Exam Centres 2019 - Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has mentioned the exam centres for CDS II 2019 examination in its notification. CDS exam centres 2019 includes the list of states and cities where the exam will be conducted. Candidates must check CDS 2019 exam centres before applying for CDS II examination. The exam body has released a list of 41 cities across the country where CDS II 2019 exam will be held. Candidates have to enter three exam centre choices while filling the application form of CDS II 2019. CDS 2019 exam centres are allotted on a ‘first apply, first allot’ basis so candidates must apply as soon as the application form has been released.
CDS II exam is being conducted for candidates who wish to pursue their career as commissioned officers in Indian Navy, Air Force and Army. CDS II 2019 is scheduled to be conducted on September 8.

CDS Exam Centres 2019 Important Information

  • Candidates cannot change their allotted CDS 2019 exam centre under any circumstances.

  • Candidates can find name, address, and code of their allotted exam centre printed on the CDS admit card 2019.

  • Applicants must note that there is a limit on the number of candidates allotted to each of the CDS 2019 exam centres except Chennai, Delhi, Dispur, Kolkata and Nagpur.

  • Candidates should apply for CDS early to get exam centres of their preference.

  • Candidates are required to report at the allotted CDS exam centre 2019 on the exam day on the specified time

  • Candidates have to report early to CDS 2019 exam centres prior to the commencement of the examination

  • Allotment of CDS exam centres 2019 has been done on 'first apply, first allot' basis, based on the capacity of a particular centre, once the capacity is full, the candidates have been allotted other exam centres as per their second and third preferences.

Items Permitted Inside CDS II Examination Hall

Given below is a list of things that candidates can carry inside the examination hall of CDS II 2019.

  • Clipboard/ Hardboard (with nothing written on it)

  • Black ball point pen to mark responses in the OMR sheet

Items Not Permitted Inside CDS II 2019 Exam Hall

List of things that candidates are not allowed in the exam halls of CDS II is given below.

  • Books

  • Notes

  • Loose sheets

  • Electronic or any other calculators

  • Mathematical and drawing instruments

  • Log tables

  • Stencils of maps

  • Slide rules

  • Test booklets

  • Rough sheets from earlier sessions

  • Electronics like mobile phones, bluetooth, pagers or any other communication devices

CDS Admit Card 2019

The admit card of CDS 2 has been issued on August 19 to candidates who have successfully filled CDS application form. Candidates have to login using their registration ID and date of birth to download their admit card. Details like name of the candidate, roll number, registration number, category, exam date, reporting time, exam centre address, etc. are mentioned on the admit card. Candidates must carry their admit card to CDS exam centres 2019 or else they will not be permitted to take the exam.

I want to apply for Air force Academy but they have mentioned that the candidate applying should not be late than 1st January 2000 and my DOB is 8th January 2000 . What should I do ?

You may apply for this post !! Kindly note that Air force Academy mentioned that the candidate Date of birth should not be prior to 1.1.2000. Since you have born on 08.01.2000, after the specified date, you may proceed for application. If any age issue is there, you won't be able to submit application. If your able to submit the application successfully, you can assure that you are with the age limt. Star preparing for exams. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask.

can i join cds after lasik laser eye treatment ?

Hello,

If you have undergone a L.A.S.I.K treatment 1 year before medical examination before the age of 20. You can get a post in a technical field like Aeronautical engineer, Basic air staff, ground duty officers, an officer in medical IAF and also in IAF- pilot flying aircraft and helicopters. Your eye axial length must be less than 25.5 mm and your residual corneal thickness should be more than 450 microns.

I had got 53 %in 12 class .can I give paper of CDS

Hello,

The minimum eligibility criteria for appearing the paper of CDS exam 2020 as per the rules of UPSC are that-

1. The person should have age ranging from 19 to 24 years

2. The person must be a citizen of India

3. The person must have completed his graduation.

So, the percentage of 12th doesn't matters. The only thing is that you should satisfy the above minimum requirements.

can diploma holder apply for this !?

You can't appear for CDS Examination until you have a graduate degree from a recognized university. Being a diploma holder, you are unable to apply for CDS. You must be a graduate first. However, final year graduation students can apply. Beside this, there are other criteria also like applicants age should be within 20-24 years.
