Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) will release the official LIC ADO 2024 notification on their official website, licindia.in. LIC conducts the LIC ADO exam in online mode. Candidates between 21 to 30 years of age holding graduation degree can apply for LIC ADO. Candidates can apply for LIC ADO in online mode along with the payment of application fee. The exam of LIC ADO will be conducted in three phases - Prelims Online, Mains Online and interview. The online exam of LIC ADO Prelims is conducted for three paper - paper I, II, and III. Paper I includes Reasoning Ability, Paper II includes Numerical Ability while Paper III combines English Language. All those candidates who will qualify Prelims exam of LIC ADO will be further called for second round of Test which is Mains online and those will clear second stage of examination, will be invited for the Interview. Candidates who qualify in the interview round will be shortlisted for the final recruitment of LIC ADO.
Selection of Apprentice Development Officer from Agents & Employee Category will be done through single phase of Exam that is Mains only, Hence they are not required to qualify the Prelims exam. Final selection of candidate will take place on the basis of merit formed by combining marks of Mains examination and Interview stage.

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) determines the eligibility criteria of LIC ADO. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria of LIC ADO before filling the application form. LIC ADO eligibility criteria is the minimum requirement that must be met by the candidates.
The eligibility of LIC ADO is determined by taking into consideration the educational qualification, age and experience of the candidates.
Education: Candidate must hold a graduation degree in any discipline.
Age: The applicant must be between 21 to 30 years of age. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is provided to the reserved category candidates.

Experience:
Candidate must have 3 years of experience if applying at employee post in both urban and rural area.
For LIC Agent, candidates must have 5 years of experience for recruitment in urban areas whereas 4 years of experience for recruitment in the rural areas.
Candidates having 2 years experience in the life insurance industry will be given preference.
LIC ADO application form will be released for the post of Apprentice Development Officer in online mode. Eligible candidates can fill the application form of LIC ADO along with the payment of application fee. The application fee of LIC ADO is determined by the examination authority according to the category of the candidates. The application form of LIC ADO can be filled in five stages-

The exam pattern of LIC ADO is released by LIC. Candidates must go through LIC ADO exam pattern. It is very important for the candidates to go through the exam pattern of LIC ADO to understand the marks distribution, time allotment, various sections from where the questions are asked in the exam and also the total number of questions.
LIC ADO exam pattern comprises three stages, first being Prelims and second is Mains. Nature of both Prelims and Mains examination is online. Those candidates who qualify in second stage of exam will be further invited for interview stage. However LIC has eased the process of ADO recruitment for Agents & Employee. They are not required to give prelims exam, they are entitled to appear directly in Mains exam. followed by Interview.
Prelims exam of LIC ADO is of 1 hour (60 Minutes) which includes 3 sections Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability and English. There will be 100 questions for this paper and each question carries 1 marks. Candidates appearing in the exam must need to know that English Language test will be of qualifying nature and the marks in English Language will not be counted for ranking.
Mains exam of LIC ADO includes 3 sections. First section comprises Reasoning Ability & Numerical Ability, second section comprises General Knowledge, Current Affairs and English Language and third section contain questions of Insurance and Financial Marketing Awareness. Each section has 50 questions and 1 mark is allotted to each question. Total time allocated to attempt main exam is 2 hours (120 Minutes).
The candidates need to pass in all the three papers separately by obtaining minimum marks in aggregate in order to qualify for the interview. Candidates who qualify in the online Test are further called for an Interview. Maximum Interview marks are 37.
The exam conducting authority issues the admit card of LIC ADO to all those candidates who successfully fill the application form. LIC ADO admit card will be issued by the examination authority in online mode. In order to download LIC ADO admit card candidates must click on the link of admit card and fill in the registration number/roll number and date of birth/password in the space provided. A print out of LIC ADO admit card must be taken out and carried to the exam centre on the day of the examination.
Along with the admit card, candidates must also carry one of the prescribed photo ID proofs – voter ID proof, PAN card, Aadhaar card, passport, and Driving license. The examination authority will issue a separate admit card for LIC ADO interview. LIC ADO admit card for an interview will be issued to only those candidate who qualify in the mains examination.
LIC will declare the result of LIC ADO for both the phases – online test and interview on its official website only. The result of LIC ADO will be declared by the exam conducting authority in online mode. LIC ADO result will contain the names of only those candidates who qualify for the interview round.
Candidates must pass in each paper separately and obtain minimum marks in aggregate to qualify for the interview. The minimum qualifying marks will be decided by LIC to select the candidates for the interview. Candidates who clear the interview round will further go through a medical test after which the final list for the recruitment will be released.
Life Insurance of India (LIC) after conducting the exam will publish the result. After declaration of the exam official authority releases the official cut off for prelims and mains both stages. LIC ADO cut off is the minimum marks secured by the last candidate to qualify for the next stage of the exam. Cut off of LIC exam will be released individually for different category.
To be eligible for the LIC ADO 2024 exam, general candidates need to be between the age group 21 - 30 years. The candidate must have done their Bachelors from a recognized university.
The basic pay after clearing the LIC ADO exam is Rs. 21,865. Employees also receive some LIC ADO allowances. So, the total LIC salary will range between Rs 50,000 and Rs 56,000.

• Age Limit: The candidate must be 21 Years to 30 Years as on 01.04.2020 i.e. candidates must have been born between 02.04.1990 and 01.04.1999 (both dates inclusive)
• Educational Qualification: The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Those who are in the Final year/Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for interview, they must produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 01.07.2020. Candidates with Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate must ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.08.2020. Candidates with Chartered Accountant certification may also apply.
SBI PO Selection Procedure: Important Points
The candidates should keep in mind the following points related to the SBI PO selection process:
• Biometric Verification: To ensure an error-free and secure selection procedure for SBI PO 2020, the bank may digitally capture the thumb impression of the candidate. This is done to verify the genuineness of the candidates. Any inconsistency in the biometric verification will lead to rejection of the candidature and punitive legal actions. Candidates are thus advised not to apply any kind of external matter like ink, mehandi, chemical etc. on their hands.
• Number of Attempts: The maximum number of chances are fixed for each category. Candidates who have used up all the chances are not eligible to apply. Appearing in Preliminary Exam is not counted as an attempt but appearing in Mains Exam is counted.

For General Category ,the cut-off marks is around 55-60 in the east zone for the lic ado mains.This cut-off marks are according to the previous data of lic ado mains.
