No,you are not eligible to appear for National Defence academy exam yet in class 11. According to Union Public Service Commission To get eligible for this exam you must be in Class 12 or should have passed Class 12.
You can start the preparation of the exam now but you can apply only in class 12

Yes, anyone who meets the eligibility criteria can appear for the NDA ( National Defence Academy ). The main eligibility requirements are age and educational qualifications. Candidates must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years old and have passed the 12th grade or equivalent according to NDA eligibility criteria

2.Education :- They need to have passed the 12th class from a recognized board.
3.Nationality :- Candidates should be citizens of India
4.Marital Status :- Only unmarried candidates are eligible

You were born on 9 March 2007, so you are not eligible for NDA 1 or NDA 2 in 2026. NDA 1 requires birth between 2 July 2007 and 1 July 2010, and NDA 2 needs birth between 2 Jan 2008 and 1 Jan 2011. Since your DOB is earlier, you exceed the upper age limit for both exams.

Hello kaushal, as your dob is 20 March 2008 means you're turning 19 on 20 March 2028 , according to upsc rule maximum age is 19.5 year.
Since NDA conducted two time in a year and nda release their age criteria is born between 2 july 2008 and 1 january 2011
Without taking risk you're eligible for nda 1 and 2 in 2026, remember upsc is highly strict about their age criteria.

NDA 2 2025 registration started on 28 May 2025. The last date to apply was extended till 20 June 2025 (11:59 PM).
