UPSC activated the NDA 2 application form correction window from June 5 - 11, 2024 on the official website. The NDA 2 2024 application form was deactivated on June 4, 2024. First, the written exam is held which consists of 2 papers - mathematics and general ability test (GAT), followed by the SSB and medical test. UPSC will release the NDA 2 2024 answer key on its website few weeks after the written exam. As per the exam dates, the answer key will be released at least a month or after the complete NDA 2 2024 selection process is over, which includes the SSB and medical test as well.
The UPSC NDA answer key will be released after UPSC releases the score of the recommended candidates as per their order of merit in each service like AFA, INA and IMA. With the help of the answer key of NDA, aspirants will be able to spectate the marks they will be getting in the exam.

For a rank of 440 , it may be competitive enough , but you should refer to the current cutoff data for your category to estimate your chances .
As for your fitness for joining the Navy , it's based on physical and medical standards . which include good overall health , physical fitness and vision . Since you mentioned having a Physically Challenged Disability (PCD) , it could affect your eligibility for certain roles .

The age requirement for 2024 NDA 1 is that applicants must have been born between July 2, 2005, and July 1, 2008. Candidates must be between the ages of January 2, 2006, and January 1, 2008, according to the NDA 2 age limit. The date of birth provided on Class 10 or 12 certificates will be accepted by the commission.
So you are eligible for NDA 1 exam but will be eligible for NDA 2 from 2025.
