What is the ESE in-hand Salary?

The in-hand salary of ESE is the final sum that gets credited into the respective employee's bank account after all the deductions and inclusion. After getting appointed, the employee will get Rs. 55,000 approximately including all the allowances. The in-hand salary is calculated out of the gross salary after reducing the deductions.

ESE Basic Pay 2025

The basic pay is the amount that an employee will be entitled to by excluding all the allowances and salary deductions. After the appointment, the employee will get Rs. 21,000 as basic pay with grade pay of Rs. 5,400 (Basic Pay Rs. 15,600 + 5,400 Grade Pay). ESE Officers – Promotion/Rank wise salary/Career Growth

At first, the candidate is recruited for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Director. After serving for 3 to 4 years, they get promoted to the post of Executive Engineer or Director. From thereon, after working for 13 years they will be appointed as Joint General Manager or Chief Engineer of level 2. After completing 20 years of service they get promoted to Additional General Manager or Chief Engineer.

After completing 30 years of experience, the candidate gets promoted to the level of Senior General Manager, and the final promotion comes after gaining experience of 34 years which is the post of Managing Director or Chairperson of the governmental organization.
