All candidates who will take admission in the South Indian Bank PO program will get the salary in the form of stipend in the initial training days. The South Indian Bank PO salary will comprise the following:

South Indian Bank PO Salary 2026 - 8 months classroom programme

In the initial stage after qualifying the South Indian Bank PO examination candidates will have to undergo 8 months of classroom programme. During this stage candidates will be learning the basics of Banking and Finance as per the syllabus. Candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs 3,000 per month during the 8 months duration.

South Indian Bank PO Salary 2026 - 4 months Internship

Students will have to go for 4 months of internship after successfully completing the classroom programme. Candidates will have to complete this stage of internship from any of the branches of the South Indian Bank. A sum of Rs 15,000 will be paid as stipend during this phase of the internship.

South Indian Bank PO Salary 2026 - Final Recruitment

Students completing both the stages of internship will then be provided a post of probationary officer at any of the branches of the South Indian Bank. Candidates will be paid Rs 36,000 – 1,490/7 – 46,430 – 1,740/2 – 49,910 – 1,990/7 – 63,840 plus DA, HRA & other allowances as per the pay scale of the South Indian Bank PO.
