The exam conducting authority released the application form of Indian Overseas Bank in online mode. Eligible candidates can apply for the available vacancies for more than one post. Along with filling of the Indian Overseas Bank SO application form, candidates must also pay a prescribed application fee according to their category. • Candidates must hold B.E/B.Tech or P.G Degree in Computer Science/Computer Technology/Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/Information Security/Cyber Security with not less than 60%.

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in information security for the post of Manager (Information Security). 

• Candidates applying for the post of Senior Manager (Information Security) must have 4 years of experience in Information Security. 

•  For Manager (Information System Audit), candidates must have 2 years of experience in IS audit.

• For the post of Senior Manager (Information System Audit), candidates must have 4 years of experience in IS audit.

Indian Overseas Bank prescribes the exam pattern of Indian Overseas Bank PO in order to facilitate the candidates to know the different sections from where the questions are asked in the exam. Along with the sections, Indian Overseas Bank SO exam pattern also contains the total number of questions, duration of the exam and total marks. Candidates must go through the exam pattern of Indian Overseas Bank SO before they start preparing for the exam.

The exam of Indian Overseas Bank SO will be conducted for two phases - online test, and Interview. Candidates who qualify in the online test will be further invited for the interview round. Candidates who will be selected in the interview will be the ones who will be shortlisted for the recruitment at Indian Overseas Bank as SOs.

• One-fourth of the marks will be deducted for every wrong answer given by the candidates.   

• No marks will be deducted if the question is left unanswered.

Candidates who qualify in the online exam will further be invited for the Interview.

The admit card of Indian Overseas Bank SO will be sent to the candidates individually on their E-Mail IDs. The examination authority will issue Indian Overseas Bank SO admit card for both online exam and interview. The call letter of Indian Overseas Bank will contain details regarding date, time and venue of the examination. Candidates must take a printout of the call letter sent through mail and carry the same to the exam centre on the day of online test.

In order to shortlist the candidates, the exam conducting authority will determine the minimum marks that must be scored by the candidates in order to qualify the exam. The cut off of Indian Overseas Bank SO will be determined according to the category of the candidates. Candidates will have to score the category wise overall cut off in order to appear in the next stage of the selection process. All those candidates who obtain equal to or more than the cut off of Indian Overseas Bank SO will be considered to be selected for the post.
