The recruitment process of NABARD Grade A is generally three phased, phase-I- preliminary examination (objective), phase-II- main examination (descriptive and objective) and phase-III- personal interview. Preliminary examination is qualifying in nature. The candidates who qualify and rank sufficiently high in the prelims, shall be called for appearing in the main examination of NABARD Grade A 2020. Applicants qualifying in phase-II main examination and securing high rank in merit shall be shortlisted for personal interview.

NABARD Grade A 2020 Exam Pattern– Interview
The third stage will consist of an Interview for 25 marks.
The final selection of the applicants for the post of Assistant Manager in Grade A will be based on their performance in the Main Exam and Interview taken together.
NABARD Grade A Exam Pattern 2020 Mains - Important Points
The NABARD Grade A mains exam has two papers.
The paper I (General English) is common for all and is descriptive in nature.
The time duration for Paper I is 1 hour 30 minutes.
Paper II is different for general posts and other posts.
Paper II is objective in nature.
Paper II has a time duration of 1 hour 30 minutes.
There are sectional and overall cutoffs for NABARD Grade A Main exam as well.
NABARD Grade A 2020 Marking Scheme
The scores of the online tests will be obtained by adopting the following procedure in NABARD Grade A exam pattern:
(i) Number of questions answered correctly by a candidate in each objective test is considered for arriving at the corrected score after applying penalty for wrong answers.
(ii) The corrected scores so obtained by a candidate are made equivalent to take care of the minor difference in difficulty level, if any, in each of the objective tests held in different sessions to arrive at the equated scores
(iii) Test wise scores and scores on total are reported with decimal points upto two digits.
(iv) Since the vacancies are discipline wise, cut off marks will also differ on the basis of the disciplines. Cutoffs may be applied in two stages, on scores in individual tests and on total scores.

The mains admit card for NABARD Grade A Assistant Managers has been released by the authority at the official website.

Step 3: Enter your login credentials - registration/roll number and password/date of birth and click at the admit card login window

The candidates should keep in mind the following points related to the SBI PO selection process:
• Biometric Verification: To ensure an error-free and secure selection procedure for SBI PO 2020, the bank may digitally capture the thumb impression of the candidate. This is done to verify the genuineness of the candidates. Any inconsistency in the biometric verification will lead to rejection of the candidature and punitive legal actions. Candidates are thus advised not to apply any kind of external matter like ink, mehandi, chemical etc. on their hands.
