The Bihar Judiciary preliminary exam is an objective exam presented in the form of Multiple Choice Questions. The BJSE 2024 holds a total of 250 marks. It consists of two papers, one holding 100 marks and another holding 150 marks. The cutoff percentage for the prelims is 45% for general candidates and 40% for reserved candidates. Candidates who score higher marks than the Bihar Judiciary 2024 cutoff will be eligible to attempt the mains exam.
Candidates can get a tentative idea of how many marks they have scored in the BJSE 2024 Prelims by using the answer key. The answer key is released by the Bihar Public Services Commission soon after the exam for candidates to cross-check their marks. Upon comparing their paper to the answer key, candidates can get an approximate result. They can use this to judge their chances of clearing a Bihar Judiciary 2024 cutoff. The Bihar judicial mains is a subjective written type paper. It consists of 4 compulsory papers and 3 optional papers. Out of the compulsory papers, General Knowledge and Law of Evidence & Procedure hold 150 marks each while Elementary General Science, General Hindi and General English hold 100 marks respectively.
The five optional papers, Constitutional and Administrative Law of India, Hindi Law & Muhammadan Law, Law of Transfer of Property and Principles of Equity, Law of Trusts and Specific Relief and Law of Contracts & Torts, and Commercial Law hold 150 marks each. Out of these 5 papers, 3 must be chosen by the candidate to attempt. This means that the entirety of the Bihar Judiciary 2024 Mains exam holds 1050 marks.
The cutoff for the Bihar Judiciary mains has not been explicitly mentioned, but it is known that for reserved category candidates including women and PWD Category candidates, the minimum marks for each theory subject will be 5 % less than the general category candidates and the minimum marks will be 5 % less than the total marks obtained.
The final round of the Bihar Judicial Services Exam is an interview round. The interview round holds 100 marks. The Bihar Judiciary cutoff 2024 for the interview is 35%. Candidates who cleared the interview level will get recruited to fill the BJSE Vacancies for 2024. If there is a list of documents mentioned for any counselling or exam then all of the documents are mandatory, if the documents are not mandatory then it would be mentioned in the list like for example if aadhar card driving license and pan card are asked for verification you need not carry all the three but any one for identity confirmation and they will be mentioned with the word or.

For interview there is nothing like cutoff. It is performance based and totally depends how you answer the questions and how the evaluators will evaluate you.
